We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We thought it was a great location in Orange Beach. Close to Gulf State park, grocery stores and good restaurants. Easy beach access & a nice pool & hot tub. Breakfast at 6 daily, with good selection & rotation. We hope to be back in 2026 for an extended stay.

Our room needed a few repairs- room door didn’t shut without pulling it. One day was left open by housekeeping. Shower dripped constantly, and the toilet paper holder was loose. Little things that didn’t really affect our stay, but should be repaired before the next people arrive.

We loved everything! We haven't been able to travel anywhere, and it was our anniversary, so we just literally decided to visit Orange Beach since I've always wanted to go. We didn't even have accommodations and couldn't find anything until I looked on Booking.com and found this gem. The staff was very welcoming, even though we arrived to check in at 9:30pm. Thanks to affirm and booking, we were able to add on another night, which was an unexpected bonus for us. It's been a real journey for our family and this little getaway was just what we needed. I tell anyone that's thinking of visiting to give this location a try, I'm sure they won't be disappointed. LIZ WAS AWESOME! Can't remember the other young lady that was at the desk at night, but she was AWESOME as well!

friendly staff ...very accomodating .. good breakfast ....on the ocean an ocean view loved it

you only had 1 washer working 2 would have helped because I spent alot of time in the laundry room....your stationary bikes were not working...last year we did not pay to park this year we did ...but we were still happy regardless of our stay .... this is our 2nd year with you because of liking your hotel your great staff and our ocean view....and you welcome my dog

The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was available and not overpacked with guests. There was plenty of room to sit and eat comfortably. Beach access was exceptional with light traffic for the times of day we went to the beach. The staff was amazing and super friendly. This was the best part of our trip, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

I was with my family of four and although everyone, including guests were friendly, there was a ton of late night activity and happen to have a room that was next to a smoker. You could smell the substance from the hall. I don't believe the hotel allows for that, and I am not down on them because it does happen with guests bringing things in, but that would have been my one complaint. Otherwise it was a perfect hotel.

Absolutely beautiful spacious ocean front room w balcony - made our vacation a truly joyful experience. Breakfast variety was amazing - the hostess had a heart for preparing food & serving people - she started off every one's day w positivity & love! The receptionist the night we checked in was most gracious & went out of her way to kindly correct a mistake I made in booking - stellar service - very unexpected & appreciated. Our family has done alot of traveling - nothing has ever compared to this hotel stay! (Shells were abundant & beautiful too!).

Loved & appreciated everything!

Breakfast started promptly at 6am that was perfect especially after a morning walk on the beautiful beach, then shower. The breakfast area was clean, a variety of choices. The pool and spa clean water felt great. All night Coffee bar awesome. Early check-in a plus, check out with ease. The front desk staff super nice and very attentive, exceeding our need. The Suite is spacious, neat and clean. The location perfect close to shopping areas. We will definitely be vacation again. Very pleased with stay!

The one thing we did not like was the Gym says it opens at 5am that's not true. The Gym did not open till 06:30 or 7am.

I liked the location, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was the most welcoming that I’ve ever experienced. The building was secure where no one could come through the back doors without key cards.

Clean, quiet, helpful staff.

Many of needed features were not there. Need towel bars in the bathroom… no where to hang towels in use while showering etc. The key card readers required several attempts or did not work in some areas, causing guests to walk down the stairs or down the ramp used for car travel when parked on second level. Entry from pool into hotel had faulty card readers or my key card was inept.

We love the location, beach access, lobby, and pool

Our bathroom sink overflow was broken and caused a leak in our room, kitchen faucet leaks, and there was a leak by the balcony door. The carpet stays soaked and the balcony stays soaked. Aside from wet socks and having to clean water messes, it didn’t make the stay bad. Also construction next door was pretty noisy but my 5 year old son enjoyed watching the crews working from the balcony.
