Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially liked that maid service was available daily upon request. That made things extra special. It was just a relaxed visit that my sister and I truly enjoyed!! Highly Recommended.

The restaurants could have been a little better, but we're used to the best since we’re from New Orleans. The high-end restaurant and the breakfast casual one were not up to par. But the lady at the Coffee shop had closed a moment before we arrived and reopened to serve us on a Sunday evening. Exceptional!!

Everything was amazing so it is really hard to pick out just one thing. Front desk staff was amazing and helpful, valet attendants went above and beyond to help my kids and I, on site facilities were excellent, food was amazing. Beach was perfect and room was comfortable and the view was exceptional. We can't wait for our next visit!

There wasn't anything we didn't like, I cannot come up with a single complaint. This hotel was amazing and we had the best time and we cannot wait to stay here again.

The staff was so polite and helpful from the time we drove up until time we drove off.They park your vehicle they go get your vehicle have it ready soon as you step out the door . They unpack your vehicle deliver your bags and suitcase to your room not just at the door they unload the cart put your stuff in your room you don't have to touch nothing. They come back and load all your stuff up on the cart take it down and put it in your vehicle for you it was so awesome. The hospitality was off the chain. Everything you needed was at the resort from the food to the entertainment!!!!! I will go there again it felt like royalty fit for a king and a queen!!!!

It’s beautiful and clean and the complimentary parking was so nice. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. A bit pricey per night but weeknight are the better value. Restaurants over priced and not that good. No free breakfast bar like other places we’ve stayed. No free coffee in lobby like many other places offer.. Best to go elsewhere for dining o. Lots of great Seafood restaurants close by. Bubbas Seafood is awesome as is Doc’s Seafood. The area has so much to offer

Room was nice. AC great. Pool was nice and proximity to beach was great. Gym was great. Latitudes restaurant was quite good. Pizza place was ok but not great. The people who work at Perdido are lovely. The bellman, the car valet, the front desk staff, the wait staff were all fantastic. The whole property was clean and very well kept and really nice.

Room was expensive. $645 for two nights with 4pm check in for standard no ocean view room. No microwave in room which is ridiculous. Fridge inexplicably had no freezer and didn’t keep things cold. One elevator was broken for a time during our stay. One Perdido t shirt cost me $41.00!!! Pool area infested with biting flies. We used our own beach chairs but they want $45 per day to rent beach chairs.

When I arrived to the Perdido Beach Resort I wasn’t expecting the resort to be so beautiful but it was. I love the valet parking service the resort offers. The hotel had a night club, restaurant/bar, an amazing pool, beach front access and much more. My room was amazing especially the ocean view from the balcony I loved it. The staff was super nice and friendly and ready too get anything I needed at a moments notice.I will definitely be returning as soon as I can this summer. I didn’t like how my room didn’t offer a microwave that would’ve really made my stay worth it. No free breakfast was included for the price.

The hotel and its staff was above and beyond our expectations. Every person from check-in desk to valets to service workers were always pleasant and helpful. It’s obvious the whole hotel has had a facelift and the rooms were fresh and modern. The location and views to the beach were perfect and the pool area was great. The restaurant Voyager was the highlight of our meal experiences. 5 star in every respect.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the sunset cruise that we did one evening. It was a pretty boring ride and we never have done a cruise like that where we didn’t listen to some narration and history about what we were looking at.

Staff was fantastic. Location to beach was great. Facilities were clean.

We booked during a conference. Many of the kids were loud throughout the night. Larger separation from the large group rooms would have been appreciated. The food at latitude 30 was less than average. The gumbo tasted like pizza sauce and the other dishes lacked flavor. The lobby lounge drinks were very unimpressive. Showmanship of bartender was great.

Perdido Beach Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was exceptional, the amenities were top-notch, and the beach access was incredibly convenient. We especially loved dancing at the piano bar each night—it was one of the highlights of our stay. Breakfast at Latitude was delicious, offering a great start to our days. Our room was fresh and clean, and even though we had a partial view of the beach, it was perfect. I will definitely return to Perdido Beach Resort for another wonderful experience.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The beds were super comfy. We had an angle view, but I could still see the ocean from my bed. My kids had a blast in the huge pool. The beach towel vending machine was awesome. I also liked that we didn't have to leave to go eat unless we wanted to. The staff was the nicest I've ever had, and the full service valet and luggage was love.

We used Netflix on the t.v and that kept messing it up, but the engineering cake showed us how to fix it. The toilet seat kept coming loose. The biscuits at Coastal Coffee were not that great. Also, I didn't like there wasn't a microwave in the room.
