Location was excellent, staff were great. The young man in reception on days was quite impressive. Room was a little small but ok. Hot breakfast was good. Rooms with even numbers had beach views. The 5 on the end had ocean view looking directly out onto water. Patio on beach side had tables,loungers & chairs . You must take your own to sit on beach (short walk down sidewalk)

No laundry facilities.

Super great location around many grocery stores, restaurants. Beach access. Clean, nice breakfast

The parking. Not enough or they’re just not strict enough on who is parking in their lot . Even though they took our plate number when we checked in.Got back to hotel one night around 10 pm and there wasn’t a single spot left in the parking lot..when we went to front desk at first their response was “ there’s nothing we can do u can go park across the street at rouses”…uhm what. Eventually the manager moved her car across the street and gave us her spot. Buuut they clearly need a different way to track down who is parked where ..how many cars per room. Etc because we had one vehicle and I can assure you not everyone that was in the parking lot that night was a hotel guest.

The view was wonderful, and the convenience of breakfast was great, too.

Smokers that are trying to sneak smoking pot in their rooms. Pot Smokers Are Loosers.

The breakfast was excellent, great idea and very fast Omelett station. The Lady was extremely friendly and Omeletts were delicious. Room had everything we needed. Lots of cleaning was going on throughout the entire building.

Fridge in room was always on freeze no matter what setting. Shower is old therefore looked dirty but it needs a new one. Flooring is lifting up at some places, balcony to small to sit. Pool had the entire stay sand on the bottom. Not enough little tables or outdoor seating or umbrellas to sit on patio to have a snack. The one Table outside was kind of old and rusty.

The staff was easy to talk to very nice and clear with instructions. There was someone always at the front desk to help. Easy access to everything. They even cooked omelets during breakfast for everyone staying. And the rooms were beautiful. Did not even have to leave the hotel to go to the beach. The pool was very clean, they even had inflatables to use. They also had sno-cones for FREE with no cost. The shower head was amazing and had different settings to use and the air conditioner worked so so good. I absolutely will be coming back.

The elevators were extremely slow and throughout the weekend some parts of the hallways had a really bad stench and the elevators started to stink and get really hot inside. Someone staying had dropped something that looked like food and 2 days later that food was still inside the elevator. The room we had wasn't so spacious and the doors to the bathroom were just a little difficult to get in and out of.

The omelette makers were amazing ! And the rooms were very clean. On the smaller side. But the beds were so comfy, rooms clean and staff very kind and friendly.

Rooms a little small. It was a tight squeeze for my family off 4 with our luggage.

Breakfast was great and location was great close to food shopping and beach

Maid service was not good had to chase them down to get towels Ramp to beach very steep hard to keep balance going up and down

You are basically staying on the Beach !! View from the Beachfront Room, Pool, Live Omlette Counter (specially the ones made by Theresa), Chris/Jennifer at the front desk, other staff is also good. Restaurants like Zeke's, The Gulf, Shrimp Basket, and Coastal are like 5-10 mins drive. And there is a Walmart right across the street. This was our first trip to Orange Beach, won't be looking for any other place to stay if we go back again to OB. Plus there are so many Churches near by. We visited Orange Beach Community Church and had a great time of worship.

Front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. Breakfast was amazing, with an omlete bar. Hotel was just a small walk from the beach.

I wouldn't of had any dislikes until our last day, when an employee yelled at my kids. It ruint the whole morning for me.

On the beach. Great view with small balcony. Breakfast was pretty good, made to order omelets, waffles, and many more items. However, we only ate maybe 2 days out of 5.

Room had many flaws. Bed was uncomfortable, border around the bottom of bed was dirty and ragged. Very small room for $200 a night off season. Shower and bathroom was tiny. Does had to be slammed to shut. Shower was weak. Tv was oddly to the left near the entrance while bed was close to the balcony. So we had to look left anytime we watched tv. Refrigerator was dirty. The outlet by the sink looked like an afterthought, it was right at the corner of the wall and it was difficult plugging anything up. We spilled some water from a small ice chest when we first arrived, I used a bath towel to wipe the floor up (hardwood/vinyl) and the towel was filthy dirty. Was very unhappy about that. We laid towels on the floor to walk around the rest of the time. I’m sorry we didn’t take pictures.
