The sutie had what we needed to be comfortable for a 10 day visit. The rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. Kitchen are was ample though bring your own knives if you really intend to cook.

The single-pane windows - VERY COMMON in Juneau - meant it was colder sitting near the walls and did let in more traffic noise.

Room was clean and expansive will all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Great that the room included a washer-dryer. Staff were pleasant and the location was great. I had a lovely view overlooking the bay. There was also parking available free of charge.

Hotel was a little dated, and it would be great to have some on-site breakfast/bar facilities with only vending machines available.

The room was great! Having a separate bedroom with full kitchen was perfect for our week long stay. Super clean. Friendly staff who were always willing to help. The washer/dryer was a life saver! Location was great, very close to bus stops and a 10 minute walk from downtown.

A dining room table would have been awesome. We had no use for a desk but a table instead would have made it more comfy for eating.

The place was clean. It was nice having a full kitchen. It was within walking distance to downtown and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable place to come back to after an eventful day of sightseeing and hiking.

It was somewhat dated. Our couch had seen better days. The springs were worn leaving you stressed to get out of it. It's a wood structure so you can hear the floor above you. That's not a good thing when young children are running around constantly. Next time we'll ask for top floor to alleviate this.

staff was amazing. everyone was super nice and accommodating. spacious room with full kitchen and laundry, separate bedroom. we loved the space and the view of the whale sculpture, totem poles, and glimpse of waterfront. basic budget quality construction and furnishings, very well cleaned before checkin.

the bed was a bit bouncy and getting old, sagging in the middle. overall we were comfortable and would definitely stay again but would appreciate a better mattress in the future. also the couch was not very comfy and didn’t have pillows.

The suite was spacious. The kitchen with full sized appliances was great. We loved having a washer and dryer in our suite since we had just taken a 7 day cruise and we were 9 days into our vacation and needed clean clothes. The suite was spotless.

The front desk associate was unfriendly and acted inconvenienced when we asked about scheduling a shuttle to the airport the following day. A few hours later she was replaced by Jim, who couldn't have been more helpful in answering our questions, providing directions, and arranging our requested shuttle.

Location was close to downtown. Right by the whale statue and sea walk. Easy walk downtown. Airport shuttle was a life saver. We stayed in a suite on the top floor which was very spacious and quiet.

Shouldn’t have to pay to use laundry pods. Staff was either super friendly or very unfriendly. Depends on who you got at the front desk. We stayed during 2 separate occasions on our trip, the first stay was perfect and everything was clean. The second stay the bathroom floor wasn’t clean so I cleaned it myself. It was very gross.

I have stayed here before so I didn't hesitate to book again when I returned for the 2nd time. Unfortunately this time there was a volcano in Russia that caused some issues with flights so I had to change some dates around. Both Lynn and Gustavo were amazing! They were able to make sure that we were in an even better room than I originally booked and made our super stressful experience just getting to Juneau so much better. The room was spacious, and had everything we needed to make our own meals, wash our clothes and just relax. I don't think I will ever stay anywhere else when I visit Juneau!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The staff was friendly and very accommodating! LOVED that there was a shuttle to/from airport! "Room" was actually a suite complete with washer/dryer which came in handy as it was pouring the day we arrived! Our clothes and shoes were drenched!

Since there is no restaurant, a Continental breakfast would be nice (something simple like bagel and fruit) to go with the coffee that's in every room.

Nice room with kitchenette. Close to water, parks and downtown.

Flight arrived after 11. Hotel bus service stopped at 11. Was kind of worried as UBER was unresponsive. The local taxis were very quick, polite and reasonably priced once we realized that was the only service available late at night. Valve on boiler was malfunctioning causing loud noise in our room. Staff quickly moved us to another room where we were able to sleep comfortably and moved us to a better room the next day which was wonderful.
