Having a washing machine and dryer is extremely important when you are on the road for a long time. MAke sure you have lots of quarters! It was very easy from the hotel to get to the Petrified Forest NP. There are plenty of restaurants in the area for food. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside your door. Fridge and microwave in the room were useful. This is not a fancy place, but one for a good night sleep while you are on the road. Rooms might be a bit small, if you have children.

There was no tea supplied at breakfast, only coffee.

The hotel was very clean, especially the floor as I forgot to bring slippers. I was barefoot and super comfortable in my room. The little LED lamp on the night stand provided plenty of USB and plugs to charge my phone & watch. You can tell the owner takes care of the property and is thoughtful with his customers/travellers.

Very satisfied with our 1 night stay and would stay here again next time travelling through.

This was by far the cleanest room we’ve had on our trip cross country. The floor was mopped, not just swept which felt extraordinary! The room was spacious enough and the A/C worked and did not smell at all. There was a small fridge and a microwave in the room. Breakfast was included. The pool Area was great and clean.

The A/C was very noisy and at breakfast a little attention to detail was missing (refilling).

There is a really sweet couple that runs the place. I liked having the heated, indoor pool and the small but adequate gym. Also, having a guest laundry room on site that charges only $2.00/load was nice. Bring your own laundry detergent.

The bath and pool towels could be a little bigger and thicker. The breakfast was pretty basic: adding hot oatmeal and yogurt would be nice.

It was very comfortable. My kids were very relaxed. Beds were exceptionally comfy. Tub is huge. Enjoyed a hot bath. Breakfast was good. Wish there was a few more options like eggs. Or bacon. Above all, it was a very relaxing stay. Will be coming back again.

The only thing that we didn't like so much was the parking space. It's so tight that we are literally close to hitting the other vehicle with our doors when we get out. We have to squeeze through just to avoid hitting or putting a scratch on the other vehicles.

The pool and hot tub is reached by going outdoors. Pretty cold return after wet, when so cold. We had to leave the towels at pool room when we left. Cool pool roo. And tepid water temp. At first, pool was spraying water and splashed bad. Than cold water after 5 minutes and than back to tepid, but the water now flows and bubbles right. Man may have done adjustments when it was mentioned. Nice closed in laundry room. A minimum breakfast layout. Good coffee.

It was clean and we parked right in front of the door. It is nothing fancy but I think a good value and I would stay again if in Holbrook. Staff was efficient and helpful.

The town is a little sparse and it would have been nice if there was a little Starbucks or something in the hotel, because there aren't any in the town. The pool is right in front of the front lobby, so it might be fun for kids but I don't think it's relaxing for adults. The shower pressure is okay, but could be a little better.

Great value, very clean, comfortable bed/pillows, quiet (you can barely hear others through the wall), nice breakfast area, and an in-door pool/hot tub! The staff, thank you Kevin! was very amiable and welcoming.

One small thing, it would be nice to have either an outside or inside door mat. It was a rainy muddy day and it was hard not to track water and mud into the room while bringing in my luggage and other things.

Other than the hot tub hours being very limited (which we had wanted to use & partly why we chose it, but didn’t get to during our short stay & the hot tub not open when we had time to use it), it was a very good value & a perfectly fine place. Even had a workout room. Nice staff.

The rooms were big and the bed was comfortable. The location was great.

The night agent was very rude. He threw our registration papers and also threw our key card at us. I don't know if I should recommend this Hotel to my family or friends. I did ask him if there were any Restaurants near the Hotel, he rolled his eyes at us.😡 The Hotel needs better Customer Service.
