I liked that it had beautiful views and was equipped with all the essentials.

We stayed in Suite C. The blinds on the window don't work. The toilet paper holder kept falling off, so we left it off until we checked out.The towel bar isn't secure either, so we fixed it and left the towels off. The kitchen area needs more light, so you aren't waking your spouse up, turning on the big lights. The sheets had stains but seemed clean. The rug in the bathroom kept bunching up in the middle and was a tripping hazard. Honestly, overall, it was great. The little things are easy fixes. I would suggest they get fixed, and it would be perfect. .

I loved the view of the room to the lake. It was wonderful and beautiful! I loved the coziness of the property. The decor in the room along with the fridge and the microwave was very nice while we were there!

I didn't like the parking, I did not really have a place to park like the other rooms did. I kind of had to park on the side of the building under a new while the other rooms had parking attached to there rooms.

The view is unimaginable from cabin 5. The porch swing is perfect for coffee and wine. The tub! After walking the hills of Eureka Springs, there was nothing more relaxing.

First and foremost, I had to leave. I didn't like leaving this place one bit. On a serious note, the driveway could use some maintenance. We give grace due to the storms lately, but it is quite rough in spots. Mainly the section going from pavement to gravel. It's a heavy dip.

The privacy was great the view of Beaver Lake amazing! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Only one issue, they have BBQ pits, but didn't realize nothing to lite charcoal so had to change dinning plans that evening Little to far to drive to get just something to lite it with and staff was gone for the evening

Spacious room. Loved the tub, kitchen and sitting area. Beautiful view out the windows and from the balcony.

A hard surfaced drive up the hill would be a good improvement as well as clearly defined parking for the suites. The towel rack right next to the bathroom door is a head injury waiting to happen. Could hear our conversations fairly clearly from the neighboring suite Saturday morning.

The view was amazing!! The bubble tub was great after 10 hours rides. Those stairs were terrible when your old.😂 it was a great place to relax and that is what we needed.

The location really gave off the rustic cabin feel and the view is outstanding. The facilities were great and the staff were extremely friendly and informative about the area. Everything to do in and around Eureka Springs is maybe 10-15 minutes away.

There really isn't much to not like and most things I can come up with are more gripes than legitimate complaints. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the quarter mile gravel drive into the place being a little narrow. That's about it.

Sugar Ridge was absolutely amazing. The view was breath taking. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, very inviting. I will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like about Sugar Ridge. I tried to think if there was anything, and nope. The stay was beautiful and peaceful.

The view was outstanding! My only regret is that we didn’t book earlier to get the up stairs cabin. The facility was wonderful about communicating to us. I wish we had another two days to spend there. I didn’t want to go.

Amazing view over the lake and great value for the money. The place is not new and shiny but it doesn't really matter in destination like this. We even got to choose the apartment from the all the free ones. Very good service.

Only small minus was the sound proofing, luckily the neighbors were not noisy.
