The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was good for us.

The first morning we hung the maid service please on our door about 8:30am. We came back to the room around 4:30pm and the room had not been cleaned. Went to the office and got clean towels and wash clothes. The 2nd morning we didn't hang the maid service please sign out but thought they would clean the room. We got back to our room around 7:30pm and the room had not been cleaned. We needed toilet paper so I went to the office, the sign in the door said the office was open until 8:00pm on Saturday but it was closed. Fortunately I rang the door bell and a gentleman came to the door and I was able to get toilet paper.

We had some issues with our reservation, but Sean made it right! We ended up getting to stay in the penthouse suite, which was AMAZING! And everyone was extremely nice. We even became friends. It was our 25th Anniversary and they even got us a gift. Sean went above and beyond any hotel manager that I've ever dealt with. Most just say sorry and go on about their day. As long as Sean is the manager they will definitely have our business again! The staff was also very nice! We will be back!

We had a little mishap with the room, but they fixed it.

I loved how quiet the hotel was. It was also incredibly clean, peaceful and comfortable. The spa tub was wonderful- the patio out back was beautiful, the swings down at the woodline were really nice. There's animal life in the woods- a hummingbird that visited every morning and whistle pigs that had a den near by. We also saw a box turtle dig a nest and lay eggs out in the trees. It's close to nearly everything in area, easy to get to, and safe. The pool is nice. The price is a steal. The keyless entry was great, the check in.process was so easy. The room is huge,the parking lot was easy to park in. We already are planning our return trip with our family. Of everywhere I've ever stayed, this is by far my favorite stay.

The spa room was a bit dated-but honestly that's why I booked here to begin with. The cheesy sorta feel was great otherwise I've no complaints.

It is an older motel but our room was one of the newly remodeled rooms. It was nice and clean, pretty new decorating, close to the center of town. There was a coffee maker, refrigerator, and a microwave in our room. That made it nice. they

The pool and the pool area needs repairs bad! the cushions on the lounge chairs we so wore out the fabric had tears all the way down it. Although the water was clean there we spots of green algae on the side of the pool by the steps and brown spots on the bottom of the pool. The fitted sheet on our bed was so old and worn that it had tears in the material. The bed was to hard for our liking. I'm sad to say we won't be staying there again.

motel was very clean. liked the check in process. it was surprisingly quiet. we had a end room. the bed was wonderful memory

microwave didn't work and wall plug access for microwave was hard to reach. the parking is horrible. patrons would park whereever and take up two places instead of one so you didnt have a designated parking space for your room. the area is not appealing around the motel. need more than one small trash can in the room. need some kind of breakfast offered, even just a grab and go.

Property is clean, well maintained & peaceful. Sean (the property manager) provides exceptional customer service! Our penthouse was immaculate, beautifully decorated & comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with a wide variety of spices, coffee & teas, flatware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, three different coffee makers, blender, etc. Bedroom is spacious with an electric fireplace, very comfortable queen bed & unique four poster frame with a chandelier in the middle, a desk & loveseat, two end tables & flat screen TV. Bathroom features & full size washer & dryer, large shower, double sink & plenty of storage. There is a large closet with ample shelves, clothes rack, hamper, ironing board & iron located by the living area. Dining room has built in benches & two tables. Living area has sectional, coffee table, flat screen TV & electric fireplace. Outdoor area has fire pit, BBQ grill & swings with a mountain view. Lovely property! I would highly recommend!

We loved the big Jacuzzi tub, the size of the room, everything worked well ,had clear instructions about checking in and our stay was peaceful ...

The bed was a little to firm for us, the fitted sheet had a few black hairs on it when we pulled back the top sheet and comforter... we just slept on the top sheet and covered up with the blanket because it was late when we realized the issue and didn't want to disturb anyone.. we enjoyed our stay regardless of these things

The rooms were clean and updated. The water was extremely hot, and we never ran out of hot water.

Reviews said the pool was salt water and heated, my husband said the water felt cold when he put his hand in it. And it was out front right at the road with only a chain link fence. I would have liked it to be a little more private. ie: wood fence.

When we checked in, we found that we weren't in the new upgraded room we saw pictures of online. We were in a musty, older one. But, we went to the desk, and asked about the renovated rooms, and were told they had one left for a slight fee. We took it. It was soooo much nicer than the original. The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The location was good. It wasn't too far from Main Street (need a car or get a trolley ticket), and there were lots of restaurants nearby.

I didn't like that there wasn't an option to choose the renovated room when reserving.

Clean and quiet. Room had been renovated and was well kept. Microwave, coffee maker, and min fridge we all included and we also all clean.

Only small issue we had was there was only 1 roll of toilet tissue. We found that out the morning we were packing up but it definitely wasnt a deal breaker.
