the homemade breakfast was OUTSTANDING ! Whoever thought I would have the best homemade quiche I have ever eaten at a hotel breakfast ?!!! Wonderful homemade baked goods, and great sausage and scrambled eggs ! The reason I come, and come back again is the absolute beauty of the grounds with all the flowers surrounding the hotel. You just do not find the personal attention to such details at chain hotels anymore.

I was in 313, and had uneven water pressure, the phone did not work, a lightbulb needed replacing, and at times, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Broken concrete on the walk outside my room led me to worry about structural integrity of the balcony.

Breakfast was pretty good with the exception of not having any meat during the weekdays. The garden and plants are beautiful as well as the Victorian lobby

Well the first floor had beautiful hanging plants and our floor had seating area that would have been nicer had it been decorated also and the lady said we would be able to see the sunset from our balcony area but all you could see was the forest which was better than the parking lot or road. The area that the buffet is in should be decorated a beautiful tea room not like you are in a basement

It was clean. It was close to downtown like 5 minutes drive. We visited Christ of the Ozarks which was really impressive. If you go check out the cross that is on display just to the North of the statue. There is something special for those that seek it out. Food was decent for a breakfast included. Beds were comfortable. Not too soft but firm enough to give support so back doesn’t ache. staff was very friendly and helpful to make our stay great.

Bathroom had a leak that dripped on the floor from ceiling by the toilet. Not a big deal but they couldn’t do much since holiday weekend and no other rooms available.

The ambiance was excellent. You can tell that somebody really cares about providing little moments all around the property.

The breakfast area would have been inaccessible to my grandmother, who has a hard time moving around on her own, if I wasn't able to help her down the stairs. Unless i'm mistaken, it was totally inaccessible to people who are wheel chair bound. Excellent biscuits and gravy though.

The Quality Inn in Eureka Springs is so good. From the sweet lady checking me in to all the staff we crossed they were all so kind. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had a microwave and fridge in the room, the grounds are so pretty, they are dog friendly, and the breakfast is top notch! We will definitely be staying there again

Nothing we didn't like

Breakfast was really good, hot and fresh everyday. Attendants were also very friendly. I had asked if I could have a package delivered there, and when I arrived, the front desk clerk told me she could see the note about my package on my reservation. They kept the package up front until I came to get it in the evening. Overall, the customer service was phenomenal.

The property is very outdated. As a former Directo of Housekeeping for casino resorts, I spotted too many things that needed updating and that the property needs to invest, perhaps one thing at a time. Although towels were laundered, when held to the light, you could see previous stains. Because the property is located at an intersection, it was very noisy, specially with the biker event going on that week. Maybe there should be an option as to not face the street. Also, there was an outside smoking spot for people to sit, but it was so close to our room that we could smell it every time someone was smoking. Maybe there shouldn't be a smoking designated area 5 ft from a non-smoking room.

We loved the value, great car parking within easy reach of downtown Eureka Springs. We loved the pool. We also really appreciated the front desk service particularly from the lovely Cheryl. We liked that housekeeping was only available on request and the room was a good size.

The wifi did not work in our room which was frustrating. The breakfast was generous but would have benefited from some fresh options and despite the extra work involved it would have been nice to see use of proper cutlery as the waste generated from all disposable utensils, cups and plates was disappointing to see.

The flowers were gorgeous! The pool area was nice even just sitting. Several different places to soak up nature and decompress. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Everyone nice. We would stay again

Minor in overall. The white wrought iron table sets needs paint. I wasn't quiet sure about sitting there. Our room 213 had a piece, I guess wood?, was missing from the bottom outside door. You can't really see it from outside but certainly inside. At night I could see a good amount of light coming in. Wider at bottom and narrowing up to about 4 ft..

Breakfast was excellent. One of our group (who travels frequently) stated it was the best free hotel breakfast she had ever had! We loved all the beautiful flowers which were well-tended. Also liked the spots we could sit outside in the shade and read or chat.

Nothing. All was to our satisfaction.

Our tv did not work when we got there and Justin the maintenance went above and beyond to get us a new one.We even booked a room the night before on last minute and they let us stay in the same room instead of leaving for a couple hours and coming back to check in.

It would have been nice if the room was cooler to sleep , maybe put fans in the rooms for people who like to sleep with a fan on .
