The staff were very friendly. I requested to see a room in person the week prior to our trip. (We were in town 2 separate times, and the first motel we stayed at was absolutely awful) The pool was in a shaded area and clean. Rooms were clean, and we really enjoyed the fact that housekeeping only came when your trip was over. We kept our things tidy and used the trash cans conveniently located outside our rooms on the patio. The grounds were kept up. Despite it being an older property, it was perfect for what we needed- a comfortable and clean place to lay our head at night before going on our outdoor adventures.

Room size was smaller than a regular motel. This was not a "bad" thing, we just happened to notice it was a touch smaller than others we had stayed in.

Being that this was a totally unplanned and impulsive road trip I was surprised that I could find such a nice room at the last minute, particularly on a weekend day. The motel itself hearkened back to mid-century models so had a nice nostalgic feel and beautiful surroundings. Also thr desk clerk at my check-in was super friendly and informative.

I spent most of my time in a congested downtown area but I really can't complain about the distance as it was an impromptu trip and fewer lodgings in that area generally.

It's surrounded by big pines nicely shaded and it was hot on our stay but the trees kept the picnic tables shaded and the room was in the back so you couldn't really hear the highway

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Checked in around seven at night. Michael hooked us up with a ground floor room one removed from the Office. Everything exceeded expectations. Room was decorated in fun, eclectic period pieces. Bed: comfy. Quiet, well insulated walls. Didn't hear a thing from our neighbors. Nice television with ample selection of channels. Big windows in front that open to the very clean parking lot. There's a small shopping mall across the street that looks welcoming. Maybe next trip! Don't hesitate to book a night (or three/more) here.

The property and rooms were quiet well maintained. The Pool was clean as well as the surrounding area. The fire pit was great for nighttime gatherings and wood was provided. There are restaurant's and liquor store, within walking distance as well. David, the property manager was amazing! He was friendly, professional and always available for assistance and questions. David made a point to stay in contact with us during our stay and too keep us updated on housekeeping etc. I would highly recommend the Travelers Inn for a clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable place to stay close to downtown Eureka!

It is always clean & has just what we need with a micro, fridge & coffee pot. I love the locations back in the trees best, but the the rooms in the front are great too, we have stayed in both areas several times. It's our go to place to stay most times when we are in town. The checking is always easy, & staff are always friendly. Oh, & there is a firepit too!

I know it's an older very clean motel, but it has been updated with new wood floors , & looks good. The beds have always been very comfy. Of course it has the usual coffepot/coffee, fridge, & microwave. It has what anyone would need in a room. The couple who checked us in were very friendly people, & make you feel very welcome. This has been our go to place for the last 3-4 times in Eureka Springs.

I really liked the ambiance of this location. We had the trees around us and it made it feel more like home than in town. Great place to eat across the street and a pizza hut in the parking lot.

We did run out of toilet paper on our second day however we only initially reserved the room for one day. We added a day to our stay so they weren't prepared for that. That a pretty minor complaint compared to some rooms I've rented!

Traveler's Inn was a great place without all the frills!!! Close to places to eat and shop. The view of woods is amazing and David at the front desk made sure everything was great!! The bed was so comfortable!!! I have been spoiled by a sleep number bed so it's hard to find a hotel bed that I think is comfortable, but this one was number 1 on my list!!!

The paved paths to the parking lots for each building were a bit bumpy that we bottomed out a couple of times, but nothing that we couldn't adjust to.

Quiet place to stay when wanting to take a vacation. People were friendly, I had no problems finding the place, pretty secluded in the back portion of the place, so there was little highway noise. Close to downtown, close to restaurants.

Everything was pretty great except for the door. Had a heck of a time getting the door to open, seemed to stick. Needed two hands. It wasn't a concern for the time of year I had went, but the roads to get to the back half of the property was not in great shape. It would have been pretty hard to get out in bad weather.
