The owner was absolutely lovely! She greeted us, took our picture to put in the front lobby (I've NEVER had a motel or hotel do that) and she was just so happy, and informative! She told us about all these things to do, gave us a map and a brochure to look for activities and restaurants! She was absolutely amazing. The rooms were so clean! The location is very close to a lot of things, you'd still want to drive there not walk but even if you didn't want to walk she told us all about the trolly and how to catch a ride! 10/10 would recommend!

Only thing I didn't like, was that I had NOTHING to NOT like about it! It was a great place to stay!

The hotel is very clean and cozy inside. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was well-maintained with top-notch cleanliness. The owner and his family are wonderful people, so hardworking and passionate about this hotel. I could see it’s truly his dream project, and he takes great care to keep everything perfect. Talking with them was such a lovely experience. I’m so glad I chose this hotel. Breakfast was also good. The breakfast area is a bit small, but it’s very clean and well-organized. Honestly, I’ve stayed in big hotels where the breakfast space was so crowded that you had to rush and take food over others, so uncomfortable. Here, it felt calm and pleasant, and I really appreciated that.

One small thing I noticed is that the areas outside the rooms and the stairs could be cleaned more often to match the high standard of the rooms.

The breakfast was cool there was a variety it included bagels, honey buns, pop tart, cream cheese, peanut butter, fruits, yogurts, boiled eggs, Apple and orange juice, coffee and free water bottle in the morning with breakfast... The hotels owners were amazing Lou the became my 4 yr old daughter bestie she also helped with suggestions of things to see and do with the kids. I really liked the swimming pool and location of the hotel I was close to many attractions.. I had a relaxing time with my kids the beds were very comfortable we had a microwave, fridge and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee in the room. Overall, I felt the only thing the swimming pool could use a face lift with the fence getting stained and more lounge chairs beautiful place over all.

Too much dust on the stairs could use a power wash and the hotel sign could use a fresh paint.

The owner was amazing and so very sweet! She was very knowledgeable about the area and even texted us with sites to see. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and easily accessed from the parking area. I hope to get to visit here again in the future!

The only thing I didn't care for was that the room faced the main Street. But with it being 4th of July weekend, it still wasn't that bad.

Location was nice, rooms were spotless, the amenities are great, everything was easily accessible from the property. There’s a liquor store a few buildings down, a gas station right across the street and downtown eureka is less than a mile down the road!

the patio decks could have used a scrub brush around the stair area just due to some spills & staining but it didn’t bother me any!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Lou, one of the owners was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We felt like we were leaving part of our family, when we left, to return home. The breakfast was always fresh and the coffee was awesome. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. We will definantly be back,

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The location was convenient.

All the lights were yellow with dark shades it was "dingy" and hard to see even with every light on. The water pressure in the shower was awful ( I had to get on my hands and knees under the tub faucet to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The road noise and motorcycles in the parking were very loud :(

I am not sure if she is the owner or manager but Lou was the best . She greeted me with a smile and hello the minute I walked to check in . She engaged in conversation and gave me tips on places to go since I’ve never been to Eureka Springs before.

The owners were very nice and helpful., and a pleasure to vist with. The location was great. Plenty of parking for my truck and motorcyle trailer.

Water stain on ceiling. Made girlfriend nervous about mold. That was the only negative about the room. IMO.

The owners of the hotel (Lou and Shane) are two of the friendliest people my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! We had some car trouble and broke down a few miles from the motel. They went out of their way, and personally drove to our car and waited with us until the tow truck reached us to ensure we made it to the motel safely. The room was everything we could ask for. It was clean, it had a private secluded feel to it with lots of trees around. The motel is located in the perfect area with a trolley stop right in the parking lot to take you downtown. Highly recommend this motel, you won’t find better service any where else!
