It had everything you would need for traveling on vacation. Microwave, mini fridge, king sized comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, soft towels and washcloths, cable tv, and air conditioning that kept the room cool. The location was perfect where it was always easy to get back on the road and you were less than 10 mins from downtown. The price couldn’t is amazing for the value and location. The front desk clerk was very kind and accommodating and helpful with recommendations. I would stay here again for future yearly trips to Eureka Springs.

If I was nit picking at all it would be the shower head was a little too short for someone who’s 5ft 7.

The owner resides on-site and is very accommodating. My husband & I booked for our honeymoon, along with my best friend & her husband for her birthday (the same weekend). We got there after dark, but were met and checked in immediately, given a briefing of how to contact them, & led to our rooms, being given a brief tour along the way. We called down for some ice, and were met with ice and a smile very quickly. Stayed the weekend, and met some great people. The structure is being revamped and our rooms had updated amenities. Soft plush blankets; overfilled soft pillows; beautifully crafted furniture. 10/10 recommend. We will DEFINITELY book here any time we hit Eureka Springs!

NOTHING Everything was exceptional!

This is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been too. The owner/operator was extremely helpful and friendly. The outside of the property is beautiful and the balconies are so relaxing to sit at. Loved the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Just a few things that would make someone’s stay easier. A full length mirror on the back of door would be awesome. Also a lamp with phone chargers next to the bed would also be helpful as the receptacles are quite far from the bed. Again our stay was lovely these are just some ideas that would make it more enjoyable.

First off as a motorcycle trip I was very happy to have a place close to town but not right in the middle of the crazy traffic. Next thing was he allowed me to chose a room in the back overlooking the mountain which is much quieter than being out on the road. The owner, is the manager, and is the main worker for the property and really enjoyed conversation with him while cooking my supper one night out on one of the patios. The room was very updated and one of the newly remodeled bathrooms. Now please remember this is an older motel style building so don't expect some big giant room suits. My room had a very comfortable king size bed with four large pillows, a table and chair, micro, fridge, tv and internet. I really enjoyed the quietness on the back side. This was memorial weekend and Saturday night we had a tornado warning, I heard the sirens, got up, got dressed, went downstairs to the laundry room. A few minutes later the owner came to check because he was knocking on every door telling people they had the option to come downstairs. At first there was a whole lot of us packed in the laundry room and then he opened up one of the downstairs rooms to put everybody in until the storm passed. He did a fine job keeping everyone calm and making us feel safe. I really enjoyed doing business with a locally owned and operated hotel. This will be the place I stay when I come again.

The owners were so nice and very helpful to answer all of our questions we had. The place was clean and close to all of the places we wanted to go.

The only thing that could have been better, and I'm not sure it is in the hands of the owners, but the road in front of the building has a bit of a drop off. Only took it once, then used the side road to enter and exit.

I absolutely loved how clean it was kept very comfortable and relaxing! We had a suite with a Spa Bath and this is twice my wife and I have stayed. We will keep coming back because it's absolutely gorgeous! The location feels secluded safe and is remarkable! Very happy! Check in guys!

It was a bit off the beaten path, but that was a positive. It was so peaceful and quiet. Bryan was so great and very attentive.

The room was constantly damp. Our towels wouldn't dry. It didn't smell musty, though.

The room was very clean and the kitchenet was nice with a good size small fridge.

There really wasn't anything to dislike. Some may say the furniture is too old and the TV to small but things like that aren't important to my family and I. We only stayed one night but I would rebook and stay a week next time. The location was great too! Not far from the city and restaurants.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. The owners where very nice. We definitely will stay here again. We also liked that we weren't in the very busy downtown area,( about 5 minutes away ) so it is nice and quiet.

The only thing we didn't like was the not so HOT water in the shower. It was doable, but to be honest we take molten hot showers.

The motel was super clean & the owner is super awesome, very personable & he was right there for anything we needed! The evenings were great as we could walk out on the balcony & watch the woodland creatures come up & eat, they were very entertaining! Highly recommend! David, & Molly
