The rooms were very comfortable with free wifi, fridge, and microwave. The motel is old and showed some wear, but the room we were in (217) was facing the forest. We went to see the Passion Play and tour the Holy Lands. The motel was close to the Passion Play Road. Also, the trolley stops at the motel so we did not have to drive downtown. A bonus was the indoor swimming pool with movies shown from 8:00pm - 10:00pm. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend Wyndham 8! Oh, I forgot to mention the full breakfast daily! Eggs, pancakes, sausage, cereal. Loved it!

The Super 8 breakfast was excellent, with both a hot buffet and Continental breakfast foods. The breakfast area was clean, well-maintained and conveniently located. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Our accessible room had an outside entrance and we parked just outside our door. The room was clean. The bathroom with shower (no tub) was very large. A fold-down seat was convenient. The Super 8 is easily accessed from U.S. Highway 62. We stayed there two times within a month's time. The room rate was great for our first stay but was much higher for our 2nd stay. The king-size bed and pillows were comfortable.

There was nothing I partcularly did not like. The room was somewhat dated but was clean and adequate for our needs. The price was much higher for our 2nd stay than for our 1st stay.

The parking lot is way to small on I believe the east side of the building with other vehicles parked it’s hard to get my truck in and out of the parking spot.

Spacious room and great location, not far from downtown. Despite the storm coming in, I am very pleased with my visit to Eureka Springs. Shout out to the front desk agent, Maria for being so caring and going through the process to see if I was able to get a credit for the last day since I wanted to check out 1 day early. Maria was patient and kind, and she was able to issue a full credit for the last day. I will be returning to this location for future visits to Eureka Springs because of Maria and the clean property.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Heated indoor pool and jacuzzi was very nice. Staff was very kind and helpful. Very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

One of the beds was broken, but I only needed one of them. I was there for 11 days. On the 8th day, the upstairs flooded down into the bathroom and I had to switch rooms. Not the hotels fault. Staff was kind and helpful.

The staff was very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was good and the lady in charge of it very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly and kept the food area clean. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did a good job.

The remote for the tv was hard to use. It took a while for the hot water to become hot in the sink. You could see some areas on the outside that needed repair.

We would highly recommend the Super 8 by Wyndham in Eureka Springs. We travel quite a bit each summer, and I have to say that the staff we encountered during our stay were wonderful. From the evening and morning desk clerks to the breakfast ladies were so friendly and helpful. These were the best staff I have ever come across. I wish I had gotten their names. The evening clerk on June 13th and 14th and the morning clerk and breakfast ladies on the 14th and 15th deserve major applause. Jobs well done!!

Great breakfast with good selection of food. Breakfast preparer very friendly and kind. Ones working behind desk were so friendly helpful and courteous as they answered our questions. Went above and beyond to help us. Comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. Pool and hot tub nice. We enjoyed an excellent and comfortable 3 days there.

Breakfast was amazing. Our room was clean and smelled nice.

The amount of seating in the Breakfast area was insufficient. We had to sit on couches to eat. The area was small and a bit crowded. Everyone was on top of each other. The only trashcan in the room was a small one in the bathroom. There really should be a bit larger one somewhere in the room. Take out, to go cups or even a water bottle couldn't fit in the trashcan provided.

The breakfast was awesome, staff was fantastic and very friendly. The cobbler with ice cream in the evening was a great treat!!

The property is very dated and needs some maintenance and repair. The pool area really needs a new coat of paint (at least one). It was all chipped off and peeling. The windows in the pool area were really in need of a good cleaning! Especially since that is the view that is on your website. The dead flies need to be cleaned from the windows at the bottom. The tops of the windows were good. I didn't like that our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. We had dirty towels and trash in the floor when we left.
