If you are looking for a relaxed, family oriented place to stay in Eureka Springs this is your place! It is a little retro, but I think that is what we loved about it. They have a gathering room with games, cards, and pool table. A swimming pool, and a fire pit that they light each night. They even give you marshmallows and sticks and sell little $3 Smore kits! We will stay here again when we go back!

It would be nice if they had an on-site restaurant but really, you are close enough to any number and style of dinning you want. You are also walking distance to food trucks - we drove to them but could have walked if we wanted to.

We arrived a little early and was offered to hang out in the great room or the swimming pool until our room was ready. The great room just just like the photos and was very inviting and had a back deck you could sit out on. The rooms were just as pictured. Although, the hotel did not have all the extra amenities it offered the small details that made the stay so nice. You walk in and the TV was on, the lights were a warm light so it wasn’t so bright when you flipped the lights on, the pool was nice and they had actual pool towels to use, board games for families to use, fire pit going at night, and marshmallows and S’Mores kits to roast every evening. The hotel staff were very nice and very helpful with all of our questions. The hotel was located close to a lot of shops, antique stores, and close to downtown. At the front of the property was a trolley stop and you pay $6 for an adult for the day to ride and $2 for children. That was a nice option since we had a bigger sized vehicle and it made navigating the downtown area hard since the streets were narrow. We would stay here again if in the area.

Parking was a little difficult with a bigger truck, but we parked at the bottom of the drive.

The pool and the game room (specifically the pool table) were the reasons I booked this location but everything was pretty perfect. The beds were comfy, the blankets were soft. And the staff was amazing!

It’s a little far from downtown, but not a dealbreaker. In the plus, traffic is quieter than the hotels that are closer to downtown.

I liked that they had a campfire with marshmallows for families, the pool was kept up all day, their coffee was fresh every morning, they had several sitting areas outside to allow us to sit outside and talk while the older kids slept in, and most of all most everything seemed clean (I thoroughly looked at the sheets, towels, and mattresses/box springs). The staff was super friendly and was out after hours cleaning the pool. It was closely located to all of the restaurants we picked, the Passion Play, but wasn't in a super busy high traffic area.

We stayed at this place strictly bc there was a pool (for the girls) & a pool table (for the boys). However, the age limit was 14 which was something I wish I knew before booking. With my kids being a little shy of 14 yrs old, they were not able to play, but love to play. Although this place was close to Turtle Back Ridge Family Fun Park which had a pool table, I still wish we would've been able to use the one at the hotel. (Aside from this, we do understand the age limit is to try and protect the pool table condition.)

First off the area it is in is easy to access plus beautiful. The lounge was pretty epic and had tons of cool games for the family. 14+ for the pool table though which is very understandable. They have grills on site you can use, a small play area, nice cool pool, and they give marshmallows with roasting sticks for the fire they have at night. Plus the staff were super friendly and helpful. I had to explain to my girlfriend she couldn't take the blankets as she fell in love with them and how soft, light, and warm they were. DISCLAIMER we did not steal the blankets it was just a description of how nice they were.

I suppose if I have to pick a thing it would be no breakfast, but honestly what they had instead of breakfast was way better. More hotels should take this approach and offer different things that guest can use.

We loved the Great Room. We played billiards, watched the large screen TV and enjoyed the view out the large windows of the surrounding hills. It was a quiet setting, away from the hub bub of the downtown Eureka Springs area but close enough to make a quick trip to all the interests in the area. The trolley stop was right outside the hotel. We enjoyed walking around the property in the woods. The two queen beds were of different softness/hardness so we could choose what worked best for us. The manager was very friendly and accommodating.

It would have been nice to have breakfast but not necessary.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also accommodating. The facility was clean and well maintained. The extra activities they offered guests were a definite bonus.

I don't think I would ask for anything different!

Beds were comfortable and place was clean and quiet.

No breakfast, would be nice to have at least pastries or granola bars. We liked the lights round the perimeter of the room but I would have liked one of the lamps to be a little brighter to read easier.

There was plenty of space in the double queen room for me, my husband, and our two kids. They especially loved the little play cabin! The rec room is a nice place to hang out and has a great view as well. Walls seem to be pretty think because we didn't hear any noise during our stay.

Loved the fire pit and interactions with guests and staff were nice. The room and common areas were clean and comfortable and appropriate to the area.

Not a very walkable area. Busy highway. Could have used a chair in the room but plenty of seating outside on property.
