Staff Very friendly ,found out we were in town for our anniversary and they dropped of small gift package, room Very clean,the heat and air units always seem to be the problem with motel rooms for us but their unit was new and well maintained and no problem at all, location on edge of town was what we were looking for, We visit Eureka Springs for our anniversary every 3rd year or so and always try different lodging, but we may not go anywhere different now.

Only there 3 days and 2 nights !!

Room was clean, and nicely decorated. They provided fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer. Beds and pillows were super comfortable! The couple that have the motel were very friendly, and the grounds and pool are nicely kept and decorated. The motel is just outside of town so it's quiet.but close. We will definitely be staying here again!

There was nothing we didn't like!

No breakfast offered. Great hotel for the budget conscious. Nice towels and gel foam mattress. Family owned with owner onsite. Clean and right next to Passion Play. Offered 10% discount tickets to Passion Play. Good for families. Nice pool but we did not have a need for it. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Internet available.

Mini fridge did not get very cool. We weren't there long enough for it to be an issue and used the ice machine instead to keep things cool.

The staff was super nice very accommodating , very quick check in progress. Room was clean which was nice .

The beds where super firm , we are use to a more softer beds but we have pillow top mattresses at home that we are spoiled too . And comforters weren't as thick as I'd liked . But don't have anything bad to really say about the place . Over all we where jst happy we could find a place to stay when our camping trip failed due to no camping areas available so this place was a great alternative. We enjoyed our trip .

The location is very close to the great passion play! Rooms were as clean as you’d expect if not better for an older motel. Staff was very helpful, and super sweet! They have a trolly stop right outside that makes traveling all over eureka so easy and the gentleman upfront was very helpful and provided a map of the stops!

When checking in, we were greeted very pleasantly & made to feel important. A/C was quiet & provided comfortable air consistently. Our Room was very clean & No odors.

Pillows were uncomfortable but I have a bad neck so probably just an issue for me.

The location was good. It was very clean and quiet.

The only thing i didn't like was later in the evening i wanted to go into the lobby and check out the brochures and it was all locked up. I could have rang the bell, but i didn't want to disturb them. I think the lobby of a motel should be open till 9 or 10 in the evening. i would say it was around 6 or 7 in the evening.

The room and property was very clean

My wife and I are in the mid 70's and we were assigned a 2nd floor room. Carrying luggage up stairs for us is getting to be a problem. Would have been nice if we had a choice when I booked the room

The breakfast wasn't a grand breakfast which I would have liked, however it is the same as most hotels in Eureka Springs. There are not to many breakfast places, however lunch in town is expansive. I liked the location of the hotel. Close enough to things but still out of town.

Water Pressure but again it is probably the same everywhere in town. I live in Branson and people seem to forget that overall the population is very low so you cannot expect big city accommodations.

I love the location and how quiet it was.

Having to go to the office every day for clean towels and taking our own trash out. Had to figure out where to take the full trash bags
