Cute and quaint little home, very functional though and perfect for our trip! We loved the location and how easily we were able to walk to the main strip, maybe a 3 minute walk tops! The owner checked in on us via text and verified that we had everything we needed during our stay. I also loved how there were snacks, drinks and a coffee bar inside of the cottage. Very clean and well decorated, you can tell the owner takes pride in this property and thoroughly enjoys providing those who stay with an excellent experience!

We loved the decor inside the rooms, and how everything was spooky for Halloween outside! We were getting married and Colton was sweet and left us a gift by our door. We kept running into him around town as well and he was very friendly/helpful. The room looks exactly like the pictures.

There’s not anything we didn’t like about the place. Everything was amazing!!! We will be staying here every anniversary.

Clean and beautifully decorated. Bed very comfortable. 2 person jacuzzi tub. Walking distance to downtown. Could hear music from the porch. Nice outdoor seating area. Good breakfast.

The staircase going up to the second floor was a little challenging. Narrow, especially trying to carry luggage and handrail disappears into the floor 1/2 way up. Realize that was the only way to get it in to accommodate the 2 accommodations on that floor. That and a small parking area were the only times we felt it was a little tight. Our Palisade just fit.

The Peabody House Historic Inn in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, is a gem! Our Victorian-style room was stunning, spotless, and exceeded expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hearty breakfast offered healthy choices. Perfectly located, it’s steps from downtown’s attractions. Note: lots of stairs to rooms and around town, so mobility challenges may be an issue. Hands-down, this is the B&B to choose for an unforgettable stay!

There was no warning until the day-before-arrival instructions that many stairs were involved. Shower difficult to climb into, slippery shower floor and no hand bars. No local TV stations available. Not enough bathroom light to put makeup on.

It was very clean. The owner was available and attentive to our needs. The bed was very comfortable. It was located within walking distance of downtown. I loved sitting on the porch. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

I liked everything about it. This is a Victorian house with Victorian furnishings. Some may think this is gaudy others will say this is gorgeous. With that said the room we had was in dark colors. The tv was hard for us to use.

The location was perfect! We were within walking distance of the shopping district. Free parking was a huge bonus! The room we stayed in was very charming and we had snacks and coffee. Wonderful stay!

Was close to town saved us from having to pay for parking everywhere and tucked in a corner up on a hill away from traffic. Property was very clean and cozy wife and I had a nice stay in the cottage. AC was very cool in the house to was very nice on a 90 degree day.

Hate to complain about anything had a good time wife was happy there for I was happy. Thank you again for letting us stay.
