From the get go this place eased my mind after a troublesome experience at a hotel down the street. The man at the front desk was so damn awesome and nice. He even gave our dog a little dog treat! Our room was spacious and comfy. The TV allowed for us to access our streaming apps to watch exactly what we wanted. Yeah it’s more expensive than other stays near by but for its quality it’s surely worth it.

Clean and staff were very pleasant

I called and asked about the pool and was told that they do have a pool which is correct but the pool is currently closed due to resurfacing. I had teenagers who expected to swim so this was a disappointment

The staff was extremely welcoming, we had great conversation. Everyone was so nice. I would highly recommend to everyone visiting.

The beds were a little stiff but other than that the room was great.

Great location and close to restaurants. Staff was great and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with kids.

Plenty of space in our room. The employees were so friendly and helpful.

The elevator had a little bit of trash in it and so did the corridor, but just a tiny bit. Just enough to notice, but it will not deter us from staying there again.

Everything about this was fantastic. The room was clean and quiet. The layout of the room was really unique and quite beautiful. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was FANTASTIC!!!!

We were wanting to get away. But live locally.

The property was great. The first room we went to the door was broken. Then the tv stopped working in the second room. It wouldn’t have mattered if my 2 year old wasn’t with us. We were trying to teach her how to swim.

clean and quiet close to everything

The tiny coffee area, the mornings I just want a plain cup of coffee instead of having to buy Starbucks. I asked them to refill the cream and sugar she said go to Starbucks bar. well why have a reg coffee area if you can’t restock it.

Loved the location! It was close to concert venue and right next to a local restaurant we could walk to for dinner.

No hot tub

The people working the front desk were helpful and pleasant. 10 out of 10.

We had 3 adults but only had towels for 2. Also, the people next door kept hitting or throwing something against our adjoining wall. The front desk said they would take care of it. I believe they tried but the sounds continued.
