The room was clean and quiet. That's the most important thing. The TV was a really good size. The location was ideal. I wanted to be near family in Sherwood. It's close to everything in Little Rock as well. Also, I really liked the swimming pool, pool table, and the little putting green. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The lack of drawers for my clothes. It wouldn't have been a big deal if I were only staying for a weekend. But for a week's stay, drawers where you can put your clothes are really important. There were two beds but only one chair. So when my family came over to visit, they had to sit on the bed.

The location is excellent. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Also very easy to get to. The air conditioning worked great as well.

There were a couple of small pieces of trash in our room upon check in. A gum wrapper and another small piece of paper that apparently didn’t get swept and was easy to see. Also the hand rail going into the swimming pool was not attached to the floor on one end and was very unsafe.

I love the colorful layout of the hotel, which brings out "The Inner Child" out of adult. The room was very comfortable and very much like "The Today Look". The housekeeping crew works very hard in making sure everything was clean and every staff member were very friendly. Serves up a very delicious breakfast every morning! Has Great Coffee and Tea! There is a very nice little market in the lobby with self check out.

The location set up of the builder with all the amenities nearby, gas stations, hospitals and more. The staff were extremely kind and respectful Melodie the manger was super helpful with the unexpected charges

I didn't like that the fire place was not working, other than that, it was awesome. also maybe allow the window to be partial cracked because we were getting pretty stuffy run the heat and ac for comfort

The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. There were tons of restaurants and places to shop nearby. The staff was extremely friendly, facilities clean, and the continental breakfast was phenomenal.

Everything was great except the noise level early in the morning. Not sure if the walls are thinner or people are just extremely noisy at the 5-7am hour.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was super kind. I loved that the cleaning staff were quiet and not knocking down your door. All around, wonderful place to stay.

I wish I could have seen the fire outside on the patio, but it wasn't lit the night I went.

Tru in North Little Rock has an exceptional staff. The lobby, with all its amenities, was perfect.

The sheets in our room were paper thin and worn terribly. They also felt like crumbs were in the bed. No warm blankets were in the room.

The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and large and the breakfast was a great spread! Also loved that they had items for purchase (snacks, drinks, etc.) in the lobby. The staff were very kind and the experience was overall extremely warm and welcoming!

I liked the atmosphere. It felt modern and vibrant. We arrived late in the evening but were greeted by a friendly face and there were options for snacks and drinks. Really convenient. Our room smelled so nice. I appreciate that. Breakfast was lovely.

I didn’t love the flashing light on the smoke detector. I’m a very light sleeper. The pillows were disappointing, poor quality and a bit stale smelling.

The location was everything!!! Beautiful setting!

Loved our room but the bed was hard as a rock! When checking in, the staff member needs more of a personality in this role! When checking out that lady was full of personality, a great representative of your hotel!
