They actually use all dove products, and the rooms have always been super clean. They always have super fluffy bath towels, a fairly decent breakfast food with a little variety of things the staff has always super helpful and respectful the location is great and not to mention the range of places to go near by

They don't have smoking rooms

The front desk manager who was there when we arrived, secured my phone when I left it there mistakenly after checking in, who mopped the floors, prepped breakfast and was there again in the morning when we checked out. You have a trustworthy, reliable and hard-working woman there who is obviously overworked. It doesn’t look good for the hotel owners or chain management to see that. I hope she’s being paid a manager’s salary - she deserves it!

The location was good, the room was clean and the front desk lady was nice.

Bed was uncomfortable, no mattress protector and cover was dirty. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. And the $50 deposit that wasn’t mentioned anywhere when booking

the staff was so great and help full. I got lost and they were so helpful that they were very patient and gave me perfect diirections to get me there. found id right away.

I wasn`t looking for anything negative , I think it was the area they were in, but i just happen to park my car in the back of the building and wast not happy about leaving my car by itself.and explained this to the desk clerk and she told me to park it in the front where there was a vacant spot , i felt better about it and made me feel at ease, .

Shay at the front desk was exceptional! Our original room, ac wasn't working properly and the TV would not come on. She politely moved us to another room. Nice and quiet even though your conveniently located to highway. The only downside was, it's under renovation so property doesn't look pristine but it was comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable. We were exhausted, room it was clean. We are moving across the country. Came in late , left early. Breakfast was good. Owners were very nice !!

I like that this location was centered around the mall, the outlet stores and restaurant , and it was still quiet and peaceful :)

Staff was ok, just seemed liked they didn't want to be there, no warm greetings and didn't really be too helpful,but overall, fair. And as one reviewer stated, you do have to shut your room door hard because they have a jilt.

Breakfast was good. The location was great! Hotel rooms good use some upgrades in bathrooms and hallways. Appears to be an older building vs. the other Wingate Hotels stayed with firends.

Hotel could use room upgrades in furniture, bathrooms,hallways,and paint on doors in hallways.

The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The ice machine was on our floor. Very convenient.

The pool could have been a bit cleaner, but we still had a good time. When I showered the water wasn't draining properly. The pressure and the temp was wonderful.

The water took a long time to get warm Saturday night for my boyfriend but it got warm for me half way through and it was so hot with ac going
