I loved the stairs in the lobby that led to the 2nd floor it made for quick access since the elevator was a little slow and it was charming

The room had an ac control on the wall but it didn’t seem to actually control the heat and air so you had to use the old fashioned controls on the unit and it made it difficult to the right temperature in the room

Easy access to hotel. Comfortable bed, nice size room and good size fridge with small freezer too. Hotel was quiet as well. Good breakfast options Staff were welcoming and friendly

I had an accessible room as I recently had total hip replacement. I am using a cane still. Bathroom floor was slippery for my cane.

The staff was very friendly. The only problem that I had was the door of my room key. Wasn't working had to keep getting my key renewed and they kept saying don't have it with your electronics. After about the 10th time?.fix the bathroom door we're off track.

The location was across from a casino which gave us food options since the local area was not the best and had very little restaurant options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was clean and you could smell that it had been wiped down. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly, rooms were neat and clean. Location and access to room was clearly marked and convenient.

Soft drink machine was out of order, but not marked as such. Had to get refund from front desk. No problem getting refund and was able to purchase drink from front desk.

It’s one of the closest hotel to the casino. It’s older but it was clean, the bed was soft, and it felt safe. Pine Bluff doesn’t have the best reputation but the hotel seemed fine.

It’s older. The door was really hard to open. It didn’t seem to fit into the frame correctly and I had trouble getting the security locks to work bc again, the door just didn’t seem to fit correctly in the frame.

Absolutely wonderful.....comfy and clean.....I showed up after hours and the lady that checked me im in was also amazing.(and gorgeous). I ended up purchasing an additional room for a friend and also pet friendly for my fur baby.

I was a last minute thing. I was traveling to Pensacola and It was storming bad in Mississippi. So we decided to get a hotel near Loves Gas Station. The hotel was right by everything.

Breakfast selection and taste was excellent

AC did not have a thermostat, the sink did not have a drain stopper. Bottom sheet was very loose and did not fit the mattress.

The room was very nice and comfortable, and the lady at the front desk during check-in was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was in a great location.
