The staff is so friendly and helpful. Nyasha and Tawny are at the front desk and manage it very well. Any requests we had were handled very quickly, with extra towels and wifi info. I was traveling with my grandsons, and one of them spilled water. Nyasha was so quick to bring us a towel to clean it up.Pearl is in the kitchen, and she cooks up the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. You can tell she makes everything with love. The location is great, with it being right off the highway. It is so convenient to get to where you want to go. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
The only complaint i would have is that the room temp is hard to regulate, either too warm or too cold, and the wifi can be spotty, great connection in the lobby, but the higher up you go makes it's strength weaker.

The hotel was good and pet friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and there were pet stations outside for pet clean up.
The room had a very strong disinfectant smell which was slightly overpowering. I don't know if it's because it's a pet-friendly hotel, but it took some getting used to. The room was large with huge ceilings and no carpet so sound really carried. The people walking in the hallways woke up my dog a few times in the night because there wasn't any sound-proofing. It would be nice if they had pet bowls or a treat bag when you arrive. For the price, I expected just a little more.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Particularly the breakfast staff and cleaning staff. This may sound silly, but I like the carts they have for carrying your luggage to your room. They were easy to maneuver and held a good bit of luggage. The pet area was big and grassy and there were bags available to pick up after my pets. The hotel itself was clean, modern and well maintained. I also liked that the hotel was in close proximity to downtown Memphis,TN, without actually being in downtown Memphis, TN. I didn't partake this time, but the hotel is close to a pretty nice casino, which will be fun if I get the opportunity to stay here again.
I wish that they had had a fenced in pet area that I could have allowed my dogs to run freely without a leash. I also felt like the pet contract was a little extreme. I understand that they have to cover their bases, but stating that pets have to be carried to the pet area versus walked seemed a little extreme. I traveled with two dogs and struggled with following this rule because navagating a hotel with elevators and doors while holding two dogs is nearly impossible.

I really appreciated it when a staff member told a guest who had a dog, that the dog had to leave the dining area. Then another staff member told another guest that no dogs were allowed in the kitchen. I think those guests were rude and disrespectful of people who do not have dogs. My husband and I travel with two small dogs. One of us goes down and eats breakfast, the other one stays with the dogs. Then we switch.
I don’t quite remember the breakfast lineup array. But could the oatmeal be beside the cereal? Just a comment, not really a dislike.

Everything was excellent. My choice was upon kindness of General Manager Sonya who worked with me to stay comfortably. Front desk clerk was exceptional who was kind to call me to ensure I took care of business to secure my stay. This facility is clean, Full Breakfast great, clean food always full. Rooms clean, soft beds. Memphis Police drive through frequently. BEST STAY EVER. Thank you entire staff.

The entire staff was exceptionally kind! They were all very helpful, and were able to manage the massive amount of client traffic due to the eclipse without ever missing a beat! The building was very clean, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast was enjoyed by all. The staff member that was taking care of the entire breakfast area was amazing! She made sure everything stayed full, hot, and clean in spite of many clients not understanding how to use any of the three trash cans in the food area.

We travel a lot, especially around Tennessee and the surrounding area, for competition dance. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at overall. The staff was amazing, rooms were large and well laid out, and the facilities were clean and up to expectations.
This is if I am being completely nit picky, but to me the eggs at breakfast were a little undercooked, but that is all a matter of personal preference. lol. It was a solid hot breakfast for a hotel with plenty of choices.

The location close to the highway was excellent. Having the last room along the corridor was great having my pet with me as the disturbances were minimal
As a retired architect I was disappointed with the accessible room. The tension on the door closer exceeded Code requirements and required a shoulder push to open and the closing time also did not comply with Code causing the door to close quickly and scrape the top of my foot causing a wound.

By far, my favorite thing about our stay was the fact housekeeping came in every day! You do not find that in every hotel. After long days of fishing on the river, we would come back to our room with fresh bathroom linens and our bed being made. The entire hotel was in great shape and the staff was friendly and welcoming! We will stay here again!

Full breakfast. We went down to breakfast 15 minutes before the end and the eggs, sausage and links were full to the top. No one here went hungry. Very comfortable bed. Everything looked new. Plenty of parking. Strong wifi. An extra light switch for the front entry way by the bed. I have never seen that before. Elevator, we were on the 3rd floor. The staff were very nice about the fact we checked out a little late. Someone called from the front desk "Are you checking out today or staying another night." We were returning home from a long 14 +trip so we were not moving very quickly.
The indoor pool looked a little smaller than the photos. The room was warm, but the pool was a little too cool for our older bodies. I think it was a salt water pool as advertised. That is interesting. The sign saying that pool towels were available at the front desk was inside the pool room.. Too late to find that out.
