Our room was freezing cold (which is a must for my husband and myself), and the bed was very firm without being hard. I hate a squishy bed that doesn’t feel supportive! All of the staff were very friendly as well.

The breakfast was fair but nothing special at all, no flavor. Also, our bathroom didn’t seem to be as spotless as I would like a hotel bathroom.

I had actually booked another hotel, but it was a bad choice. We left and came to this hotel. I believe the person working was Cameron. I explained what happened and he got us set up with a room and gave us a discount. He made us feel so welcomed. Then the next morning we were looking at the brochures and a very nice lady came over and gave us some information on the trolley to get to Dollywood. I think her name was Queen. She also got us set up with a membership. We will most definitely be coming back!! Thank y’all so much!!

The front desk guys were great Jalen and the guy he was training are very social and caring they need more people like y’all. Also got to meet late shift Mrs. Brenda you are a breath of fresh air, my child never talks to someone he does not know, and he warmed right up to you and smiled and talked like you knew each other for years!! Wow west Memphis ar you guys have a set of kind front desk staff!!! Rarely see this any more!! Will be coming back! Thanks Jalen and Brenda

Staff and breakfast

We were very pleased with the breakfast. Food was hot, the trays were full, the woman who was serving was so gracious. The dining room was so clean. I was beyond grateful

Honestly, the room was perfect for us, I used the fitness room and really appreciated the facility. The breakfast was great too. Nothing was below my hopes and expectations

As an old man, I like the hot food and the fruits.

There are two problems in my first room. I find the table light has no cable and the bathroom basin was blocked. I told the staff. He changed another one at once. Anyway I was satisfied by the new room and his service.

New hotel right off the interstate. Plenty of restaurants located around the hotel so we didn't have to go far. One thing we didn't realize when we booked was that West Memphis was in Arkansas. We chose this area so we were ready to head north on the interstate in the morning vs driving through Memphis morning rush hour which was perfect. We felt very safe staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed talking to the breakfast lady who was very upbeat. Highly recommend this hotel.

Trying to get the thermostat to the right temperature. It was too cold and had to run the heater at the lowest temperature to get comfortable.

How comfy the bed was and its was dark and good and cold in there!

That it was right beside the highway and I was on the front side. But I really enjoyed my stay🥰

The location was great. Didn't have any trouble finding the hotel. The staff was great. It was a peaceful weekend. I didn't get a chance to do breakfast. Not much of a breakfast eater. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

I have no complaints

The breakfast was ok--nothing out of the ordinary--but we did have warm cinnamon rolls which was a treat--most other locations have had room temperature muffins of some variety with no way to warm them up. The hotel was easy to locate, however being as near to I40 as it was we should have requested our room to be on the side of the hotel that was away from the traffic. Additionally there seemed to be fireworks in the area which were apparently visible from the back side of the hotel--that would have been a plus.

Mentioned in the first part of this. Noisy location. The insulation was not sufficient to deaden the highway noise.
