The property is the most clean in the area, from what I saw. In looking in booking people have given this place poor rating however it is way better than we expected !!! Especially for the money

Very minor things, such as the telephone (land line) did not work in the room. The room we were in had a roll office type chair that did not go up and I am. Short so I couldn’t very comfortably utilize the desk area. The office they had no extras to give us. That truly was all. Again very minute things

It was easy to get to. Location met our needs while traveling. Pets were free to stay. The room was large & clean, and the bed was pretty comfortable. There was a fridge & microwave in the room. The price was great.

We could hear our neighbors and noise outside. The beds have a metal pedestal, and since the floors are laminate, they made some noise when you got on the bed or moved suddenly.

Staff is always pleasant. My dog stays with me. He is older and needs a 1st floor room because he can't walk very far or climb steps anymore. I like having carpet free rooms.

It cost more this year. I travel at least twice a year and stay in RED Roof Inn. The AC filter could use a good cleaning.

there was no breakfast, just coffee, no juice. Juice machine had sign indicating not working. I would suggest removing the machine instead of just saying not working because you're not providing juice.

having at least a grab and go breakfast would be good

Staff let us park on the gravel because poor drivers had filled two spaces. Clean room.

Check in took forever. There were three people checking in ahead of us. The room needed more towels. Lot of people going in and out at all hours because of the casino down the street.

I liked it everything about the room the bed was comfortable it was clean only one thing someone has smoked in the room but the staff came and sprayed and it was better and she was awesome

People standing outside their doors smoking drinking talking loud right next to me and I had to wait till 10:00 before I can go to bed for all the loud laughing and talking thank you

Really only nitoicks. Was surprised there were no Kleenex's provided in room. No breakfast food (only coffee and juice) but that was clearly stated when booking, so none was expected.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean it look just like the picture, the location was in the perfect spot. I will go their again.

Excellent value. Hotel was a little dated on the exterior but the rooms were in amazing shape. Will definitely use this hotel in the future while traveling.

It’s a bit noisy between rooms but again, this will not affect my over all response about the value and the comfort.

Room was efficient and clean.

Staff was curt and although respectful, not very friendly or courteous. Parking was not sufficient at night.
