Staff was very friendly, nice, and helpful. The area was very convenient and there was a lot of space for parking as well as a nice picnic area. The room was pretty cozy except for the bed and pillows.

There was dog hair on the sheets and we didn't have a dog. I like that it was dog friendly and I understand it is hard to clean up hair but that was just something I noticed. The room was small and you could tell it was old. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and I felt like it could've been a bit cheaper for the quality of the hotel.

Really liked the rooms. Had the feel of a cabin. Liked the accents and the separate kitchen area. Room was impeccably clean and great detail was taken. Exterior of the property was okay. Perfect location for visiting Burney Falls and Lassen National Park North entrance.

Wish there could have been a breakfast room with complimentary breakfast. I booked late so I had to pay more for the room.

I spend a lot of time in the room because I’m getting a personal retreat where I am writing and online Internet connection is fabulous and it makes it possible for me to have a personal retreat

I come up here every year to do fishing and just get away unwind from my daily routine. The property is very nice. Well kept.

The location was perfect to hike to multiple waterfalls and caves. The little suites were the cutest and very accommodating with a mini fridge and microwave. Also a gas BBQ filled and free to use. Check in was easy and housekeepers restocked towels and hygiene.

The bedding didn't have a clean smell. I'm sure it they were clean, they just didn't have a fresh smell. Next time I'll bring fabric refresher... because I will definitely be back.

I was super surprised how nice the rooms were! They look like they have been recently renovated and things looked clean and new. Instead of carpet, the flooring is wood-looking laminate, I think. That alone makes things feel cleaner. Exceeds expectations for a motel, for sure. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious (did not use the shower so cannot comment on that) and so was the walk-in (!) closet. I like that every room had a little covered porch area to sit at. Also appreciated the couple of picnic tables in the middle (there was also a bbq grill here I did not use). Main office has coffee and pastries that you can grab. Super convenient location for Burney Falls and Lassen Volcanic National Park.

Prefect location. Restaurants and grocery stores are within a walkable distance and easy access to all the outdoor activities in the area

The WiFi was weak in some areas of the property but there was WiFi and worked so can’t complain too much.

Room is very convenient for visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park. This is the second time I have stayed here. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are nice.

The internet was not great. My phone calls would not go through. The shower is a little small. Wouldn't have been so bad but I could not adjust the shower head. Made it difficult to wash my hair.

We loved how clean and spacious the room was and the amenities it provided . The AC was a big plus. The office workers were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Parking, Shower, bed frame and Toilet. Parking was tight , shower was small to move around in and we couldn't adjust showerhead for height or stream. Toilet was super low and the frame under the bed was too far out that when you got close to the bed your foot would hit the aluminum kick plate and bang loudly.

It was close to Burney falls and Laason National Park. It had a mini kitchen and basin which was great to make your own breakfast. All rooms were on level one so you can park your car super close to the room just few steps away and In/Out your stuff easily.

Although our room was fairly small, with the proper arrangement, we were comfortable. It was very clean, the furnishings and amenities have been updated and all worked properly. The beds were surprisingly comfortable.

One day out of four nights our room was not cleaned for some reason despite the "Maid" notice tag on our front door. The clerk on duty apologized and made sure it was cleaned the following day. Things happen...
