Was located 1/2 block up from a main intersection in El Centro. Was 1 block away from 9 different restaurants, a mall, and 2 gas stations. Parking was easy and room was very comfortable.

Check in in late evening was unusual, front desk was manned remotely from a kiosk in the lobby with an off-sight attendant. Unusually the room desk didn’t have a power outlet near it to connect my laptop to. Very unusual.

The cleanliness of the establishment

Every interaction with staff, the man was on a personal call. At breakfast, the attendees said he didn't have the key to unlock mini fridge for condiments for breakfast and didn't want to wake the other person. Printout given at check in said breakfast started at 6am, but when we arrived at 6am there was nothing available and the sign said it started at 6:30am.

The front desk person was rude and unprofessional. He was on the phone using foul language, and ignore my presence, told him to hang up and he didn't like that I called him on that. In the conversation with the other person he kept using the same word, in Spanish which is not a nice word. I was not interested on listening for that long. Rude very rude.

First off I rented this room because I was saying goodbye to my fiancee because I'm moving back to where I'm from for a year due to personal reasons. It was really nice to spend my last night with him in this hotel! Staff was really nice. Room very clean and comfortable. Bed was really soft and tons of pillows! Extremely affordable! Such an amazing room for the price I couldn't believe it! With a fridge and microwave and coffee maker with coffee and tea! Location is good too everything within walking distance for food stuff and the mall just a bit up the road!

Fortunately there's nothing I did not like about this room. Everything was clean and neat. Ok maybe they could have better soap. But really the place is phenomenal for the price!

The lady at the front desk was amazing I wish I got her name. I forgot my watch and glasses and she got them from housekeeping. She was going to mail them them to me on her own time. I had found someone to pick them up for me, but was so happy she was going to go above and beyond for me. Was close to the venue we were attending. Bed and pillows were good, very clean

The hotel is functional. It's our go to when we go to El Centro. Room is perfectly adequate. And the location is perfect. They've started serving breakfast and it's pretty good. It's also economical.

I wish they would paint the doors, and some areas that look pretty used. The rooms are clean but they can also be shabby.

No bugs/roaches. Overall room and bed was comfortable.

Cover & sheet burn on my bedding which was noticeable when I walked in but wasn’t a big deal as it was a smoking room. I always bring my own bedding anyway. Also my room did not have a phone to contact front desk directly.

Nice property and really nice rooms for the price and super easy check in.

Parking in front of rooms is a little limited but more parking on the lot. Our remote was also broken and channels not coming in clearly but not a deal breaker!

Was close to both courthouses. Walking distance to stores. Construction workers get up early and talk so you can hear if staying close to office but that was fine because I awake early anyway. Inside room was up-to-date upgraded. Bed was very comfortable.

Basic room with all facilities you need. Fast internet. Free parking. Many restaurants in the vicinity.

Breakfast was poor, only tea/coffee and sweet danish.
