The hotel is in a good location, near the freeway exit. I also liked that there is a Denny’s Restaurant next door. The pool is spacious and clean. Decent amenities in the room. The staff was friendly and responsive when I asked for my towels to be exchanged. It was a pleasant stay at Ocotillo Inn.

Not much to complain about. It’s not the newest hotel in town but everything is decent and in good working order.

The room had a microwave and mini fridge. The hotel had a Dennys restaurant and sports bar on site. Even though the property was an older hotel, it appeared to be well maintained. Next to freeway and nearby stores and restaurants.

The security door to our building that was to automatically lock after you entered didn’t always lock.

Thoughtfully appointed room had a microwave, coffeemaker, and nice-sized min fridge! Good water pressure in the shower and comfy bed. Staff was very helpful!

It's RIGHT off the highway which is great for some folks but felt busy/noisy, and at night the parking lot feels a tad sketchy, as the parking area could use more lighting.

Everything except the Jacuzzi was cold. The pool was refreshing. The staff is awesome always. Please try to fix the cuzzi . The honey buns for breakfast r bomb

The complimentary breakfast isn't worth mentioning and in fact the desk clerk didn't even mention it. They should either not offer breakfast at all or offer something comparable to other motels in a similar price range.

Large comfortable room. Clean. Convenient grab and go breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Same breakfast everyday. Need to rotate a variety for guests staying more than one day. Coffee throughout the day would have been nice. It ran out by 10am.

Everything worked (plumbing, refrigerator & microwave, heat/AC); bed was comfortable. Lots of security cameras and locked doors. The attached Dennys is convenient, if you're into that sort of thing.

Pillows feel like they're stuffed with diced-up other pillows. Lots of sketchy characters at the adjacent gas station/7-11.

I called about an early check in was given the ok, but was not told about the 20$ extra charge. They wanted 20$ for 30 min early check in

Breakfast wasn’t great , but then for the price I didn’t expect it to be . Probably better just to sell the room without breakfast rather than breakfast just being a disappointment ! :)
