This hotel was rated 2 stars. That review is harsh. My room was as a hotel room normally is. It was clean ,comfy, and priced right. I was traveling and not there to hang out. I booked the room and checked in, as I went through the door my flight was cancelled and I had to leave. 5 min in the room. I called and informed them I couldn't Stay. Was told I had to see a manager. After repeated calls and being told I had to see a manager, I thought my money was gone. I needed a place 3 weeks later again and I called. I was quickly given a free room. And the folks were very nice about it. The worst part of the whole thing is check in, itis done through a window. You have to stand outside with out shade or cover. I will use these guys again. And I now know who ever answers the phone is the manager.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room! While I know many of you would say the interior was dated, but the room was fresh and clean! I have to admit I was a little nervous when I made the reservation at a 2+ star "Value Inn". I anticipated a sloppy and maybe not so clean room. I was wrong.

No coffee in the morning. Being in a suite with a kitchenette I was surprised not to have a pot in the room, then the lobby was locked up and empty. Not even a table and chair! Being the caffeine addict I am, I had to dress and go to the corner gas station for a coffee and back to the room so I could proceed with my hygiene care!

It was affordable

The rooms are located by the stairwell. People are not respectful of others so they made a lot of noise stumping up the stairs. The toilet in the bathroom needs to be properly bolted down. The tending person in the morning was rude about our pets. I was more than willing to pay the pet fee but she could have asked in a different manner.

Big room, very clean, good size bathroom, refrigerator and microwave.

The memory foam mattress, no stovetop burners to cook on like other rooms have.

Clean and quite location. Comfortable bed, and plenty of space. Desk space a plus.

Not sure if there was a breakfast offered. 20min walk to the closest restaurant option was ok, but closer or alternative options would have been be nice.

The value was very good for a simple stay. I had to stay an extra night. They easily arranged that night and at the same price. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of television channels

The property is clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and smell good. The hotel is nice and quiet. checking in and checking out is so easy.

Room was cleaned daily. TV had good channels and on-demand movies.

The room that I stayed in a couple of weeks ago needed some TLC. This one was a lot nicer.

The property was suitable for a one night stay. Would consider returning.
