The size of the room. The cleanliness and amenities. It was nice and quiet.

The check-in process provided by a person with a nametag which read "Fernanda" was atrocious. Fernanda provided minimal service and charged me an outrages amount (not the amount booked through booking.com). I reserved two rooms, she game keys for only one and refused to help in figuring out what the error was; I spent nearly an hour contacting booking.com and later I realized the error. I stepped up to the counter, she ignored me and pretended to help her co-worker who was assisting another guest. She finally game the keys for the second room and did not honor the price quoted and confirmed with booking.com. Every time I asked her a question she blamed booking.com for "miscommunicating" and told, not asked, but TOLD, me to call that boking site.

Overall this hotel was great, definitely would stay here again. The whole place was clean and modern, our room and bathroom were also very clean and well-maintained. Parking was plentiful and easy. The front desk check-in was seamless and the people were all fantastic answering our questions and even providing a complimentary toothbrush when we forgot one. Breakfast was also pretty good and had a nice variety.

Overall a great hotel but a couple of points that may make other people's stay better! Our bathroom room was missing hand soap. Also, the shower was pretty slippery at first, it eventually was better after a couple of showers but it seems like a cleaning product or something is left on it.

Breakfast was good and well stocked. Would like to have low fat yogurt options.

The gym door timer was not functioning properly so I had to have a staff member let me in whenever I wanted to use it.

The staff warmly welcomed me, and were consistently excellent and professional. Facility was spotless, room was spacious and comfy. The breakfast was delicious, clean and hygienic, and plentiful!

The in-room coffee was awful - I'd love to get a better quality coffee.

Easy to get to right off of the freeway,clean, comfortable beds

No fault of the property but the floor above us was very loud like they were running up and down the hall. I’ll ask to be on the top floor next time.

I love it here. It has an indoor pool, and the beds are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect!

The only thing I can say I wasn't 100% comfortable with was the bathroom sliding door. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Air conditioning! Nice breakfast provided. Stores and restaurants just next door.

A bit expensive given the location right off I-8. Not the most attractive location.

I was very impressed by this little hotel, it was extremely clean, excellent staff who were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was great especially the waffles. Overall great experience.
