Renne was awesome at check-in. I remember her from Araiza as well. This new system with climate control made me so uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I'm staying here anymore. I was freezing all night And I can't control the heat or AC. I still give 5 stars because I do like the staff and I like it here but even now I have to go take a shower and I'm cold even before I go get wet in the shower. I know when it's hot here.It's really hot and there's no heat aided.But when it's fifty degrees outside it's cold inside too.

Location was good for us on our business. Great breakfast buffet. Nice pool, room, parking area, Italian restaurant, nice park to walk my dog.

While we appreciated a tile floor instead of carpeting in the "pet" room, still thought the $800 Peso charge was high. For what? And we'd appreciate more than 1 cup of coffee in the room. Found some in the lobby later. Noisy people during the night, & a small barking dog, left in a room- but not the hotel's fault.

the only thing that I can think is that the motel daes not have elevators but, the staff members were very helpful .

The hotel served it purpose a good night's rest, good shower, good smart TV and centrally located. Worth the money that I paid for the hotel.

The blanket on the bed is to thin, luckily I read the reviews and we brought extra blankets which really paid off. It is noisy and it appears that the front door or windows need more insulation because light sleepers are not going to like this.

The space, the cleanliness, the closeness to everything and the kind staff who were very helpful. The rooms have fridges and the heater and air conditioner work well.

Perhaps the TV not working properly, the remote controls need to be replaced. The quality of the soap for the shower.

Th staff at the front desk and at their restaurant are always helpful and welcoming. The parking lot security staff are respectful and polite! Courtesy water bottles were great!

No elevators means we limit our room choices. Room is clean but doesn’t smell fresh. (The city has dry weather…) Optional room spray would be nice.

Hotel was in a great location with many restaurants and other places to see. Very convenient close to the border and have a great pool and a restaurant opened 6:30 am has safe secured parking with security guards

Nothing to not like

I liked that there was no noise from other people staying there.

I didn’t like that the room we stayed in has a really weird smell and kind of old looking. I stayed at a different room 2 weeks prior and it was really clean. Also while still asleep the cleaning lady knocked and tried to open out room door and she said it was only for count.

No problem whatsover, staff was very responsive with questions made and all staff in the area are very kind and are ready to go the extra mile to help with any request. Loved the place

I wish my stay could have been longer to enjoy the place even more

It was right in the middle of the city with I enjoyed very much because I didn’t want to have a hard time getting to my destinations. Also, felt very safe considering they had security 24/7.

We had a hard time accessing our room since the keg was not working.
