The first room (corner) we were given I didn't care for so I requested a different room. The desk staff was a sweet older gentleman who immediately offered us a different room which met our needs perfectly. The staff were very helpful. Also the hotel had 24 hour security on site and the place felt safe. Parking was on the property and close to our room. Overall I would return to this hotel in the future.

I didn't like that the first room we were given did not have a working table light, no desk or counter and the door was hidden behind a large vine.

Very happy the restaurant offered breakfast. That was nice. Love the location. I was tired and hungry and the Sushi place down the block offered delivery. That was just what I needed after a long drive. The a/C was perfect.

I was surprised how much you raised the price and that you charged for the dog. I have stayed many times for alot less and was never charged for my dog. I also think it is time you remodeled and update your rooms. Water leaked all over from the sink. Also it would be nice if you had or would create in the future a small area that the dog could go pee and poo. I had to cross the street to do that and it was very dark and scarey. My dog is my bodyguard service dog because I travel alone and she was uncomfortable. Please make it easier for people with animals. Thank you for asking.

Cleanliness, location, parking, food, service. My family and I have been staying at Cosmos since the year 2000. We love it because it's reasonable, clean, and in excellent location. The staff has always been a plus.

sometimes, there's no hot water in the bath. but, the minute we report it, it's taken care of right away. The staff is excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Well located motel that allows dogs. A good place to stay if you have an appointment with a local veterinarian. There is parking directly in front of each unit if you choose to drive over the border - be sure you have insurance to drive into Mexico! Small restaurant offering a good, Mexican-style breakfast that was very inexpensive. Other meals offered at other times of the day. Other restaurants and quickie marts a short walk away. There is a small plunge pool and patio for warm weatherCentrally located.

The television didn’t work despite a couple of attempts to fix it. Several of the electrical outlets didn’t work. No bedside lamps but it looked like they were being repainted/replaced. Bring along a small ice cooler as there are no refrigerators but you can buy ice on the corner at OXXO.

It was great! I chose this hotel because it looked like it had good, safe parking and it delivered! Plenty of space and I parked right by my room. Everything was fine in the room. The pool was good. Good restaurants and an Oxxo nearby.

TV and air-conditioned remotes control were a nightmare 😫. We tried to warm the room without success 🥶

Very clean, lots of space in the rooms. My family and I rented 4 double bed rooms.

Parking is small and gets crowded. My door need fixing.
