Climing 2 flights of stairs for breakfast in a separate buiding.First night room was not very clean.Specifly bathroom.After the first night the room was much cleaner.Had problems with reservation at front desk where I had extended my stay thru booking.com tho the hotel did not have confirmation on there end.Had to check with front desk on several times on days I was there.On the extention day was locked out of room had to go to front desk to confirm my reservation again.

A good hotel, very clean, comfortable. There was a super market and a convenient store just down the street. We liked they have restaurant in the hotel that has good food.

Our AC unit in our room was noisy, it worked great but would stop then start again with a loud noise which affected us from getting a good night's rest. The second night we turned off the AC just so we can get a good night rest but the pool party was loud and noisy. The pool hours were up till 9pm but, the pool parties both nights we were there continued into the morning hours about 3 or 4 am with loud music which also affected our rest. Would have been nice to have coffee available in the reception area.

Fast check in. Beautiful patio. Good location. Comfy beds.

No little fridge or at least to make coffee. Slow chefs, a lot of people were waiting for their breakfast. Our wait time was almost an hour in a weekday. If you are not an early bird expect to hear the train super early. Small restroom. No cover for beds just simple bed sheets.

The room was clean, good beds and pillow. The tile was good too, because I don't like carpet. The breakfast was pretty good too especially the coffee, and eggs, beans chilaquiles, and potatoes, cereal and juice. Was silence on night too. I didn't enjoy the pool but I saw people working to keep them clean. Was very beautiful the pool area. And yes I felt I was in a colonial because of the building.

Tv very simple and limited, NO security fence surrounding the hotel to protect guests. Not too much security guard, not hot shower, just warm I can imagine on winter, omg. No elevator for disabled people to access the breakfast area, not fair. I saw elders suffering to go up to breakfast area.

Great customer service. The location of the hotel was perfect and easy to find.

The room was clean but there were a lot of mosquitoes inside the room. We all ended up with mosquito bites. The AC unit did not work, thankfully it wasn't hot during the night so it was not a problem. The beds were not that comfortable. Were only stayed one night so it wasn't too bad.

It was clean and staff were friendly and it was surrounded by restaurants and places to shop.

I didn't like the train coming by at 3:30 and 5:30 am. And my room was at the entrance so you hear the traffic most of the night. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We have no breakfast, cassandra wasn’t very helpful, Elliot and Gabriela very nice kind and humble because them l may spend more time there next time l go to Mexicali

Room are nice and clean, and stuff is very friendly and helpful. Nice area around the pool with tables and chairs.

Breakfast I personally think is the low of this place. Very few options, and those few options sometime they do it mixing with other products that some people might not like. So, one day I skipped and got just coffe and some fruit.

The room was nice, the hotel it's cozy and clean but looks a little bit old. Breakfast it's ok but not varied. The hotel team has always been friendly and helpful.

Although is supposed to be a Colonial hotel, so it's supposed to be "vintage" I think some areas, like the bathroom, needs to be renewed. They cut me Internet early the day I was leaving but the staff helped me restablish the Internet until I did the check out.

Breakfast-Make sure you select the option where you pay a little more, but the breakfast is good!

Everything was fine, the only inconvenient thing was not having the key to open my room.
