The room was very clean and comfy, we got a king size bed and had lots of pillows. There was a nice office chair and spot (I had to work for a couple hours) with its own table lamp that was very convenient, and the location is super centric.

There is no covered parking (or at least it was not offered to us), this is a very hot city so it would be nice to have some shaded spots. There was a bit of a wait time when checking in.

Location and cleaningnes.

When we arrived, the room was very hot, the air conditioner took a long time to get it to the right temperature. One of the beds where not comfortable since it was crooked on one side. Don't know if it had a broken leg, or the mattress was old, but it was sinking from a side.

Would like to have an ice maker machine on the floor or at least a small fridge on the room to store our stuff like water bottles,soda,etc But everything else in the hotel is great will keep coming back.

The location in approximity to where I need to conduct my business is good. Plenty of parking. They have a restaurant on site that's own from 630 to 2300. They leave coffee in the breezeway abs a cuff machine in room

Even though the location is near the Centro Civico, it's also near the train tracks and yes trains pass by blowing their horns, at all hours.. so if you're a light sleeper this is not the place for you.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming and helpful and the room service food was great. The location was perfect for a good nights rest before crossing the border.

Great location close to everything

Even though I spent only one night, my complaint is the TV. I couldn't get a single channel to watch decently.

Room was really spacious, staff was kind.

Had to wait like 20-30 minutes to check in . In the shower you could tell the tile was needing patch work and the spots that had patch work done it was scoping off , I’m assuming due to having no vent in the restroom/shower. Didn’t really bother us, just thought I’d add.

Well I’m used to the American way, where Hotels offer free breakfast Dnt know if this hotel offer, was never told when checking inn

The bed was too hard almost break my back and my wife had back pain for a few days because the bed is too hard.
