The location was good, staff was well informed and empathetic to our situation. Breakfast was adequate, fruit was fresh as was the pastry, juice was fresh squeezed and the waiter very kind. Parking lot attendant was friendly and vigilant. The room was quiet, even with many children in the facility, couldn’t hear the neighbors.

This is a large hotel with 146 rooms, advertising free parking but barely has 50 parking spaces . One evening we were told we needed to park in the street, there was no parking for over a block. This was frustrating. We parked in the lot adjacent the hotel after the attendant took pity and assured us that she’d keep an eye on the car. The underground parking area could fit twice as many cars if realigned and with an attendant maybe more. There’s a big lot next door, directly in front of the front door , why not rent a portion to allow the hotel overflow to park where we feel safe and at a reasonable distance?

I choose this hotel when I travel between my mother's home in Baja California Sur and my home in Santa Cruz, California, because of the location so close to the entrance to the garita, the comfortable beds, great shower, room service and friendly staff.

The hamburger I received from room service was really dense without much flavor, and I had a hard time opening the ketchup packets. The papas fritas were cold. I was surprised, because my usual experience with room service at this hotel has been excellent.

Liked the attentiveness of the employees and that it was very clean. Also, the location was great. Everything you need is a few minutes away.

Did not the fact that the breakfast that it's included runs from 6am to 9am. I feel it should run at least until 10am. Needless to say, We missed breakfast. Also, the room cleaning service starts at 9 am, and instead of having a list of rooms that have checked out, they go knocking on every room and say "cleaning service." That wakes up the guests that want to sleep in.

I love that the property is comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

This time around our room was not spotless. I noticed many stains on the bathroom walls.. that was gross and I even noticed what looked to be like boogers on the walls .. that grossed me out. the 1st time we stayed at this hotel I loved it and this time I brought 4 other families with me and it was a little embarrassing to find these things on the walls. Not sure I’ll continue to stay here.

Comfortable room and bed. Great shower with perfect water pressure. Great location. The person who delivered my room service dinner was wonderful.

Though my dinner was delivered promptly, everything was lukewarm or cool, and the beans were dry and hard. Fortunately, the flavors were good.

Accessible location and beautiful decor. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

As soon as you enter the room smells like drain eventually goes away and the lack of privacy in the shower and bathroom specially when you are traveling with kids. Room wasn’t ready for our check in around 5pm wich maid us late for an event we were attending that evening.

The layout of the room was very weird there was no privacy to shower .. there was no door to the bathroom only a frosted see through door for the toilet .. we had to put linen on the shower glass doors to shower. We requested a family room so it was weird the layout was that way

Only hotel of hundreds I have stayed in that has no glasses in the bathroom, called to see if maid maybe forgot to leave one but they said that is the hotel policy, if I wanted one I had to go to the bar in the lobby to request a plastic glass. Not consumer oriented on this, had to get dressed and go down to get it.

The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in is at 3, and we got there 2 hours before due to the place we came from, and they let us in after I explained them why we got there that early. The location is great close to many good places.

The place is really good, I fully recomend to stay there. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and bars in the city. The room was clear, simple but have everything that we needed ;)
