This was our second time staying there. It is clean, one of the reasons we booked again. There are a lot of restaurants around. We had breakfast at the restaurant, buffet style. It is a bit pricey considering it is Mexico and it would be cheaper to eat outside in the city. But it is very good and clean and the staff is super friendly. The only thing is checking in .. it takes a long time. But other than that our stay was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and the time there was very nice.

There isn’t a bar or restaurant close to the pool so you have to walk a bit to get to the drinks. Not a big deal just took a while to do all that.

Every employee, from the parking attendant to the receptionist, provided exceptional customer service. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant balcony view. The pool and jacuzzi area were also excellent.

For the record, I experienced intermittent disruptions to my television and cable service. While there were a couple of service interruptions, the overall experience was positive.

We have been to this wonderful hotel plenty of times, and I have to say that the staff and the facilities aré fenomenal, now, the place has it’s years, and it does have some ware and tear, but it’s alive, it’s thriving. It’s the people, guests, personal, the food the events going on, specially on weekends, we love it. It’s our home away from home. Best mexican food buffet in town, hands down.

Nothing specific, they are in the process of remodeling, we just stayed in one of the remodeled rooms, thumbs up.

One thing I could definitely bring up is this time for my stay I was very happy to have a TV with an HDMI cord connection. Last time I stayed my rooms TV did not have the HDMI connection. This is important to be able to connect my streaming devices to watch my TV like back at home. Something small but important.

The pool was not heated this time :( Last visit in early December it was and that was a very important time with my kids. to able to swim. Also had to leave $100 US dollar as a deposit to play ping pong. Seemed little excessive.

We usually stay at Araiza when visiting family in Mexicali. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pools are fresh and well kept. I love their Sunday brunch. I think it's my favorite thing about the hotel. Parking is never an issue. Highly recommend.

The air isn't as cold as I wish it could be in the room.

Room which was a suite by the way... had a little bit of a funky smell when I checked in to it. I had some anti odor spray with me called ozium which is used often inside cars to get rid of lingering odors. Well after that.. room was awesome with the balcony and pool being my favorite aspects of the hotel. Also the staff are super friendly and they don't pressure like other hotels if your not able to make it out of the room right away.

Although I mentioned that staff was super friendly.. my first experienced at the hotel with different front desk clerks was not the Best. They were too serious and very much so had a xxxx up their butts. Super strict policies at check in and no leeway whatsoever. Which is weird because once your checked in they don't seen as strict about everything. Not too many dislikes believe it or not.

Loved the location we were very comfortable and felt very safe the hotel itself is beautiful , and Starbucks right in our parking lot

Everything was exceptional! Loved our stay only thing is our last day there our toilet in our room was clogged was overflowing and we told a worker no one came up to fix while we were there we checked out shortly after .

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Hotel Araiza and it was as delightful as the first. The location can't be beat for border its proximity to the border and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Although we tried one of those restaurants, we loved the one at the hotel and enjoyed some of the best sushi we've ever had in Mexico. The suites are spacious and the little bar is perfect for working or snacking as we like to bring food on the road. The staff is awesome! Each time we checked in, we had a bellman help us with the luggage. Roman was extremely helpful and offered suggestions in perfect English. Hotel Araiza is our new home in Mexicali!

The showers in two different rooms could be updated.

The Hotel location was great and close to the venue we were going, The room was clean and the bed so comfy. The personal service that they provided us was outstanding. The Mexican buffet offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering food, everything we ate was fresh and delicious. We got to the restaurant at 9:00 am on Saturday and it wasn't busy but by 10:00 am it was full and with a wait of 20 to 30 min.

The whole property was beautiful and breath taking! Everything was super clean the beds were super Comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again! I loved the room service it is so convenient specially if you travel with little ones.

The only thing that was a little hectic was the parking lot on Saturday. But it wasn't too bad.
