Location is perfect. 5 minutes to border . Near to any kind of shopping. Restaurants museums and more

We like to travel and keep our physical activities on . The gym only has 1 treadmill working my wife used one I used one the is shorting everitime you touch it it sparks. The one thing I really got to thank Javier in the restaurant I forgot my money on the table . Thanks for been so honest and bring it to front desk. I'm definitely coming back to this place where people work so hard for the guests and respect your belongs

I like the location , it was close to a lot of places that we had to go. Xavier who is now a manager was very nice and kind. When we would go to eat at the cafe his customer service was excellent. We always see him when we would stay here throughout the years and his customer service is always impeccable

I didn’t like that when I try to shorten my stay they wouldn’t allow it . I never received a refund and I am very disappointed , I will not be staying here . I went to Mexicali to attend my grandpas funeral and I had to shorten my stay due to my father having to go to work but the property wouldn’t allow it , so I lost money . I left on Thursday and had book the hotel until Saturday so I lost two nights worth of money ….

My room had not carpet, it got replaced with a nice tile Yay!! Installation has improved a lot since my last stay here over 4 yrs ago. Staff ant the door (porter or valet), welcomed us is a smile and offered help immediately. I couldn't get a parking spot at the front but i saw a custodian or 2 walking the perimeter constantly and actually checking there was no one wandering.

I got charged more than final price given in the app. I couldn't request to extend my stay for another 2 day, front desk clerk says i have to do check out first and then make a totally new reservation and wait to check in.

It was clean and in a great location.

It was a very nice room....but, there was no sofa, as indicated in the room description and no lighting by the bed. It was total darkness. Electrical outlets were hard to find. In today's internet world, USB outlets would have been nice. A place to sit and read by. Very stark room as to comfort and amenities.

I liked the price and how friendly the staff was with us , I loved how clean the rooms were . Most definitely looking forward on booking again at Real Inn Mexicali on our next trip to Mexicali . Definitely recommending this Hotel to family members. Thanks Real Inn Mexicali !!

Nothing. loved everything about this Place

The room was good. The bed was comfortable and the shower very good. Breakfast had a wide variety of products, but it was more like a meal, i missed some basic thinks. But it was good. The restaurant was good as well, not very big portions but enough. The service was excellent. The gym was decent.

I missed some extra towels for the bathroom and the desk inside my room was low and a bit uncomfortable. Behind my desk was a little dirty, i am tall so i didnt fit very well and my pants were all dirty.

Nice hotel, good relative to price, best part was the pool and the staff were extremely nice and attentive!

I believe there are some things that need maintenance, especially the gym, what I enjoy the most is jogging and out of the somewhat 6 treadmills, all of them were out of order.

I loved the price and that it includes free breakfast buffet. For being included with a nights stay, it was a nice buffet. And the room was clean and staff very friendly.

I didn't like that the room had no Microwave, no in room Coffee machine and no Refrigerator. ( I need to keep eye drops in a refrigerator) . That being said I'm sure if I had asked for any of those things they probably would have accommodated. If I had known to ask.

the only suggestion was that they find better cooks for the hotel, most Mexicali buffets are savory and have great tasting food. The food at the hotel was bland had not good taste …. jugo verde was not tasty, orange juice was bitter, menudo lacked flavor the food prepping and how it looked was good but the taste was not good at all.

I liked the room service and staff was friendly and accomadationg. Everytime we entered the hotel it always smelled so good and looked very clean. when our rooms where cleaned it was always so clean and smelled so good.

only compliant we had was that the pool opened up late into the morning 10am-10pm. didn't leave a lot of time to get a swim in when that day have already started and you had things to do.
