The room was great! I love the location. It was very quiet and located close to all the places we had planned on going. The bed was comfortable and the second room had bunk beds, which we didn't use, but would be great for a family of 4.

The exterior was just ok. The side of the residence where we had an exit from the room to the pool was very messy. Dirty couches, spiderwebs, looks like it hadn't been swept in months. I wanted to hang out there but just couldn't. The floor inside the room looked like it had been moped but there was a bunch of dirt and tiny pieces of something near the doorway, almost like they swept and forgot to pick up the pile.

The property was in a great location. There was easy to use street parking with a permit provided. The check in process was very easy self check in. The property was clean and had many supplied amenities for the bathroom and the kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable.

The room is very small but we did expect that. It’s a bit tight to fit two people with two suitcases. The shower hot water didn’t last very long which meant a few luke warm showers. There is another guest house close by which can be noisy but we weren’t too bothered by that. This property was a bit expensive for its size and what you get.

Loved the location, perfect for everything we wanted to do! We were met by one of the hosts when we arrived and they were so kind and helpful. During our stay, we met with another of the hosts as they were checking on the pool. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, and he gave us so many recommendations as to where to go . We followed his advice and had a lovely evening. Would definitely recommend it! Pool was wonderful and really warm, we spent one of our days in there, and it was lovely. Would definitely come back and stay again!

The only slight downside was that the maisonette isn't quite soundproof, so you can hear pretty much everything going on outside. Luckily, we spent most of our days being out anyway, and by the time we got back, there was nobody else outside, and it was pretty quiet to go to sleep. This really wasn't too much of an issue, though, and we still loved it there!

The property is in an excellent location in Beverly Hills between Pico and Olympic boulevards (which lead straight to the shore), 15 mins drive to the getty, and an 18 minute walk to Rodeo Drive. The accommodation is in a self contained converted outhouse with a large bedroom with kingsize bed and a small separate room for two kids out back so it is perfect for a family. Outside is a nice paved garden and a pool with spa section (warmer than the main pool). For us, it was a nice relaxing alternative to a hotel and a good base to explore LA from.

Nothing notable. There are some basic cooking amenities (fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave, some utensils) but visitors will not be able to cook. For us this was not an issue and was sufficient for breakfasts and we used Uber Eats to deliver takeout.

We loved the primary room, large and clean, the most comfy bed and bedding Great pool, with plenty of seats, the most beautiful garden Location 20mins from all major attractions such as Universal studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica. Free car parking always a plus! Lovely hosts at hand as soon as we had queries. Would def stay again for sure, we loved this place.

2nd bedroom was a little dated, would be nice to have a blind and white bedding to match the primary room. Would of been great to get fresh towels or a quick sweep halfway through our 6 day stay Or even a dustpan and brush so we could sweep up ourselves.

Great location, lovely garden with pool, clean, comfy bed and well equipped with generous facilities for our stay (plenty of fluffy towels, parking permit, iron/Board etc). Also just a short walk for some great dinner spots - Bicyclette and Pizzeria Sei were both good finds.

We loved the property - the only thing we could fault (not the owners fault) was that the children next door were very loud and noisy into the early evening with a constant thud of their basketball and shouting.

Great, safe, private location on a quiet residential street on the edge of Beverly Hills; creative interior design with unexpected, interesting colors and furnishings; very clean; very comfortable beds, nice, clean bedding; excellent towels and bathroom amenities; vintage outdoor furnishings on beautiful patio and small private patio next to unit; pool and hot tub (not used due to winter); nice host checked in once to welcome us; bottle of sparkling wine and water for us in fridge. easy entry with gate and house code (good instructions sent two days before); yoga mats and beach towels provided; street parking pass for guests with cars; easy ride to LAX.

Kitchenette is well located in a large closed door closet with microwave and fridge, minimally, but adequately stocked; fridge should be defrosted, could hardly store our frozen food in it (brought from home to have microwave meals like breakfast); would’ve been nice to have a place to dry dishes and kitchen towels bigger than a wash cloth; instructions needed for the Nespresso coffee machine (maybe just me, I’m used to Keurig). Don’t be surprised if you step into a few collapsed floorboards in the downstairs room (covered by a rug), not a danger, but should be fixed.

Even though it was a studio, but it was fully provided with services and facilities. The location was very classy & safe. You can also go in a walk around the neighborhood. It was super clean and comfy. The pool & garden view was simply charming! I wish I had more time to spend there!

We were very happy in this property. I especially liked the pool and the location. It was very easy to access the property- much easier than I have experienced in other places.

Roof repairs were done one day. I would have liked to be notified in advance because then I could have arranged to be somewhere else.
