Great location, large bedroom, comfortable bed, good sized shower, professional receptionist.

My room wasn't ready when I checked in after 3pm so they put me in another room and didn't tell me I had to move rooms the next day until after I had left the hotel (11am). This was very annoying because I had to leave the event I travelled 8,000 miles to return to the hotel for to move all my stuff (I was staying for 7 days). I complained and got no compensation or even a glass of wine for the inconvenience. Not good customer services.

Location is quite central in Beverly Hills. For visitors who are interested in the location, one can visit a variety of places and stores on foot. Room was relatively small compared to US standards, but was otherwise very functional, quiet, and served its purpose perfectly fine.

Nothing I disliked on my end; visited for one night's sleep, and stay was very relaxing. In a tidbit that could be considered a negative element, the shower drain was near-clogged and water accumulated in the pan during showering. However, there were no overflow conditions during the shower, and as soon as I reported it to reception during check-out, the hotel associate promptly took a note and thanked me. So nothing really negative there; things happen, and staff took appropriate action.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel in Beverly Hills, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience. The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Beverly Hills, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy nearby shops, restaurants, and iconic attractions. The hotel itself was spotless; every corner was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. I also really liked the drinking water choices with different flavours! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beverly Hills. I can’t wait to return!

The property is in a wonderful location that is generally quiet. (Now they’re doing construction, but I lived in LA for 21 years and that is not usually the case.) the rooms are small, but not tiny and for the price and the location. It is an excellent place to stay.

The parking on the weekends is slightly inconvenient, but it’s clear that in a residential neighborhood it is as good as it could be.

The location is good, an easy two block walk from the Beverly Wilshire, where I attended a convention.

The shower - the main shower head felt like needles, and the shower door has gaps, so water goes out onto the bathroom floor. They need to move the shower head to the wall with the body sprays, and get a better shower head.

Everything was excellent

Everything: - Very kind staff, super helpful during check-in and the rest of the stay; - Amazing bed, super comfortable; - Perfect location few minutes away from Rodeo Drive, arguably one of the safest areas in LA; - Very punctual returning the deposit the very same day I left the room. - Best value for money in LA! I could go on and on, but in general great place to stay and the owners should be proud of their staff.

Everything was beyond my expectations.

We do loved everything about this hotel: location, very quiet, comfortable and cozy. Well equiped and very clean but the best thing was the way we were received. Sometimes things are so simple when you find special people and this was the case. We will never forget Sunny. Cute little hotel. The parking setup was very convenient! We really enjoyed the glass bathroom walls

Maps told us to pull down the alley way next to the hotel. We pulled up front instead but there was no signage on the building so we were worried we had pulled up to the back/delivery entrance. It ended up being the front but was a little hesitant to walk up.

- Clean - Spacious, especially the bathroom - Modern - Breakfast and parking, with a bar available in the lobby - Awesome staff (big shoutout to Suny)

- They don't have enough staff: the receptionist also acts as waiter, porter and parking attendant. That can lead to massive delays. Management needs to have at least a 2nd person during breakfast - The parking: whilst it's great to have parking, there's a need for the receptionist to open the gate when going in and out. But as mentioned above, they do many things so it can lead to wait time
