Location and staff

I booked a 2 bedroom premium townhouse and I was given a suite instead ! i was disappointed but they handled the situation and apologized explaining that the townhomes are closed for renovations. The question is: Why list the townhomes on booking.com if they are closed? And why wasn’t I informed before check in?? I booked two weeks before arrival expecting that I will stay in the townhome! I was very disappointed !

The accommodations were extremely comfortable and well-equipped, providing a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The staff at the reception and parking structure demonstrated exceptional customer service. The location is highly desirable and convenient. I highly recommend this establishment and intend to return in the future.

We have stayed at AKA Beverly Hills over 5 times and it's a great experience every time. Amazing facility and rooms, superb location which honestly cannot be topped if you want to be in the Beverly Hills area, and the staff are great - especially Riccardo! We'll definitely be back soon.

Honestly everything met our expectations. Everything we did not like had nothing to do with the property and was out of the staffs control.

excellent location in LA in the heart of Beverly Hills and WeHo. safe area with good access to most of LA , nearby to all amenities. easy access parking garage ( which does come with a fee for its valet service ) . a fully functional kitchen for those who want to use it. apartment size was excellent!

hardly anything but really for a niche clientele with a minimum stay policy of one week but only once a week cleaning.

close to rodeo dr. nice for family stay. we had booked and 2 br suite but when we'd got in to the room is was not as good as we were expecting even the room was not clean. so we had to do upgrade and had to pay a lot for upgrade.
