I liked how close it was to everything! Clean and modern

I didn’t like finding out about the $300 ‘security deposit’ when we were checking in - fair enough that’s not the staffs fault but I think this should be known when booking, a security deposit is normal yes but a $300 for 2 nights is WILD - a bit excessive and granted yes you get this amount back but what’s the point when it’s nearly the end of the trip and that’s coming out of spending money (especially when you’re coming from the UK - travelling to the US isn’t cheap) so yes you get the deposit back but you’re back home at that point

Everything was exceptional! I loved our room, the scenery, and the lobby was gorgeous.

Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was rude and didn’t pay us much attention. She could have been having a bad day, but she looked like she wanted to wave us off. Mind you, we are a young black married couple who came for a very important work trip. I think other guests peaked her interest a little more. As for the rest of the staff, they were very pleasant and friendly.

Location is best next to Hollywood blvd. The rooftop bar and pool was fabulous also for breakfast

The staff upon checkin wasn’t welcoming after a long flight. He indicated wrong number of nights for my stay, and after correcting him, he didn’t had the energy to explain about the facilities, dining options and pool in the hotel i needed to discover all by myself. I also tried contacting this property before my stay regarding via booking and no one answered my message.

The property is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay as usual. We have stayed several times.

Our only issue was the additional charge for a 30min late check out time. We stay in MANY luxury high end hotels and usually they offer a complimentary check out of at least an hour. They did not. They charged a full hour for 30mins after the 11am check out.

Check in process was easy, quick, and uneventful. Room was small, but sunny, with a 3rd floor balcony. Good Wifi speed and availability. Cool and quiet air conditioning.

Expensive hotel restaurants, room service and minibar. Only one chair in the room. Bed was tippy and uncomfortable. Smell of THC is in the hotel ventilation system at night. Parking is $60 dollars per night - WAY too much to consider. Homeless people are living all over this neighborhood.

The valet parking guys are exceptional!

The room definitely needs to be refurbished a bit - there are signs of times there ( the fake leather of the bad frame was all torn apart - the furniture of the room damaged) Also on regular weekday night ( tue and wed) lots of people going in and out from the lobby and parting on the rooftop and bar of the hotels so very very very noisy

Our go to hotel when we stay in the Hollywood area! Close to everything! Bars, Nightlife, Amazing Eats! You can literally walk around the corner and pick your poison when it comes to vibes and fun to have.

The valet on this last visit was terrible. Took an hour to get our car when we checked out

The hotel had a great vibe from the minute you walk into the lobby with a fantastic rooftop pool/restaurant and bar area that has fantastic views of the Hollywood sign and hills. We had a King Bronze balcony room on the 9th floor which was fab - great vibe, superb views, sound bar with plenty of storage space, Karl Lagerfeld toiletries and the bed was super comfortable.

Initially we were given a 3rd floor room overlooking the road opposite the entrance, which isn’t what we thought we had booked from the photos, but we were moved after speaking to reception. The other thing was that the only thing separating the bathroom and shower from the bedroom area was a rather see-through mesh curtain - meaning if travelling with friends you could see each other in the shower and on the toilet which as you can imagine is not ideal!!!! The shower was also rainfall so the pressure wasn’t great, which would have been ok if the water could have got a bit hotter. If it weren’t for the shower temp and the curtain situation I would’ve given a glowing review. I would consider staying again for the vibe and the views.

The location was great for everything we wanted to do. Security at the door and valet parking was a plus. Walking distance to the walk of fame, souvenir shops, food places, and nightlife places. We loved the view from our suite. Staff was great. Check in process was seamless even with us having a super late check in.

Prices for guest to valet park $60/day. That’s pretty steep if you’re staying multiple days but the pro is that your car is safe and you don’t have to look for parking. The shower water pressure could be better but it wasn’t awful. It can be nosey the closer you get to the roof but the noise(music) didn’t bother us.

Staff was nice. Gentlemen at the entrance greeted us and made us feel welcomed. Bar staff was nice too.

The loud night club EVERY night that you could hear from your room. The elevators taking forever . Especially at night when others are using it to get to the night club.
