Clean and location

I was grabbing a water as I had paid for 2 guest and staff told me to get another water. Didn't do it till later that I grabbed the water and guest Patrick scolding me. When I told him, staff told me I could get another, then he proceeded to tell me weird you should of had 2. Im like exactly that's why I'm grabbing it because they told me I could. But other than that the stay was good.

The location is right near Hollywood Blvd stretch, very close to the Metro Line Subway. Walk of Fame is around the corner. The Hollywood sign, the beaches are within 1-1.5 hrs by subway. Everything is accessible. The ambiance is cozy and the place is clean. There is complimentary coffee too. There is a full kitchen if you wanna cook. I also like that guests can leave their bags till 10 pm of the check out date. Also, the guests are respectful of the quiet time, everyone is nice and friendly. Andrew, who manages the place, is very accommodating and nice. Bed is comfortable, place smells good, common areas are clean and it is safe during the night to get to the Podshare.

this was my most liked podshare as far as location, staff and interior.

I had to sleep in something resembling a dog kennel. no air flowing inside a very narrow space. this pod was nothing like advertised. claustrophobic pod with no ventilation.. I felt deceived. the other pods were spacious with head room and freedom to stretch and move around. I couldn’t even sit up freely in this kennel space.

The staff were so attentive and friendly, they were always there to answer any questions - they went above and beyond. It was in a great location and it was easy to access. There was a train station and bus stops near by meaning we were able to get wherever we wanted to get if we were unable to walk.

The bedsheets were a bit thin so it was a bit cold at night. It only had one bathroom which was sometimes an issue but it was understandable as it’s a small property

Staff, relaxed vibe, amenities.. I wasn't expecting much for the price and given to the other reviews, but i was VERY pleasantly surprised. Young girl at the "frontdesk" was very nice and helpful. During conversation about laundry, she mentioned that she only works until 2pm, so it's understandable that she might not be so willing after work, but she was, and if someone encountered reluctance in such a case and then started writing negative reviews, maybe they should probably pay for a proper hotel next time.. For me the best hostel i have ever stayed in so far!

It’s uniqueness….finding that balance between the practical and the aesthetic is something that takes much consideration….found the experience nostalgic, personal, gratifying as well as necessary. Thank you all at PodShare 🧘🏼‍♂️🙏

Nothing concerning the property….just concern for a rather distressed guest in the bunk beneath….I think she is in need of deep care and attention. 😌

The space was huge and welcoming. Tons of room to work. Books, TV, a lot of outlets. Big kitchen. The guy who works here is really nice and made us feel super welcome. Also, the place has a sound room with a guitar and mics if you're a musician. I had a blast jamming in there.

There's only one bathroom, so if someone is taking a shower you have to wait a bit to use the bathroom, but it's not a big deal.

It is my second time staying at Podshare Hollywood....the equally warm from Andy and almost all of the other guests. I am now staying a full week, until I hopefully find more permanent lodgings in Los Angeles.

I had stayed at the Venice location last year and the difference is that the Hollywood location is a lot smaller, but I like that. Very comfortable bed and pillows! The staff was amazing, knowledgeable and always willing to help.
