The hotel parking, even though with a charge, was convenient. It was located on the bay, which was nice and an easy drive to everything we wanted to see. The staff was always helpful and kind. It had everything we needed and it was close to one of the nicest breakfast placed on the bay. A nice, quiet, clean out of the way stay in LA that we could get away and still see all the sights.

I wish our room could have been on a upper level floor. The first floor felt a little cool/damp at times.

I usually don’t leave any reviews but it’s important to say when things go wrong but even more important to say when things go right! MY (at the reception) is exceptional and provide a 5 stars level service which for a Inn is pretty unusual. from remembering hotel guests name to just genuine human interactions he was one of the best if not the best hotel receptionist I ve encountered. I also noticed other guests saying similar comments about his professionalism and behavior! That goes a long way. So thank you for a great stay but even more so for the great job you did! ( deserves a promotion!) Ps: the other gentleman i interacted with was great too!

Our lovely room was on the third floor with the balcony overlooking the public parking lot that was unused (probably busier in-season). The room was large and the bathroom was roomy with good counter space. We had a small fridge, microwave and Kurig, with a very comfortable bed. The lighting and outlets/usb ports were great. Our stay was very quiet. For breakfast, we did pay at first and then opted for an included breakfast since we actually had different reservations in the same place.

The charge for breakfast was too high. It was the same amount regardless of what you ate. If a main dish of eggs, meat and toast with coffee/tea and fruit is charged the same as a danish and coffee, that seems skewed. There should be breakfast included in the room price.

I had a good 2 nights stay.. staff were friendly and place was clean always, all my queries were answered the lady on my check in was really nice, african american lady she made me feel comfortable coming from UK i didnt know what to expect so that first interaction set the trip up nicely for me. My last day i was running late from a meeting and called hotel to request a late check in. The process was smooth and didnt make me feel rushed. so i was able to handle my business and leave LA very happy.

I wasnt at the hotel much, as literally was out 5-6am an back after midnight. They were having renovations but again i was hardly there for it to matter, guess it means they are upgrading which will be a plyus for my next visit.

Location was perfect to where our event was. Big screen TV. Microwave and refrigerator. Very comfortable bed. The size of the room was awesome. Brian at the front desk in the evening couldn't be more accommodating.

In room 3025 the bathroom door was stuck and you needed to use your shoulder to open it. Also, the bathtub needed a mat as it was very slippery and the stopper was hard to keep open. Also, there were a few nats flying around in the bathroom. The room had a very nice little balcony and chairs and table but couldn't be used because the sign said the door was locked "for safety reasons".

All the staff were superb! From prior to my arrival, until I left they were very accommodating. My room was lovely and spacious, and on asking for a room with a view, they did provide a view of the marina. The breakfast was lovely as were evening meals I had. Also the pool and interior courtyard was lovely and might be a preferred view by some.

However, there is a main road between the hotel and marina, meaning if the balcony doors were open, it could be very noisy with traffic. A little away from the main beaches so probably would need a car if staying longer than a few days.

Location, pool, table tennis, bar, breakfast. Staff was amazing, all shifts as well as on the phone (so so much better than when I got routed to a generic Hilton call center)

One noisy neighbor at one point. The biggest issue is that the garage doesn’t have nearly enough clearance for even a moderate vehicle and the lot to the side of the building seems a little sketch.

Location was ideal, good walks around the harbour and a short walk to Venice beach. Area was nice a quiet.

The pool was on the corner of two streets which wasn’t ideal for noise however, when in/around the pool it was fairly private. Compared to vegas prices are much higher in LA which would put us off returning.

Location is great, next to where my conference was - at the Marriot and close to the beach area. And you can pay for the public parking next to the hotel in much lower rate ($7/day)

Nothing really

It is currently having renovation but our room was updated and when all is finished it will be a very nice and unique property. Nice pool area and had have lots of outside seating areas.

Couldn’t get and early checkin so a bit disappointed but maybe that is due current cleaning staff cutbacks with reno work. Booking.com for some reason input wrong name and HH number (correct booking number) on my booking so took some time to sort out.
