Great apartment for our stay, clean and nicely decorated, nice balcony, rooftop and views of the city, they provided a crib for our baby which was a bonus - easy check in, parking and check out.

Lovely modern, clean apartment, well equipped on the whole. Quite good location. Not too close to downtown area but within walking distance. Big washing machine and tumble dryer.

The location given was no. 618 S Bixel Street but to meet Henry at no.629. We could not find either 618 or 629. We did find 625, phoned the number given and David (not Henry) came to meet us. He took us to the apartment which was on a different street round the corner! This was confusing particularly as I had booked a return ride from the location given. No information in the apartment for appliances, details of the area, tours etc. The receptionist at the front desk knew nothing about the apartment or David. There was no lighting in the lounge area and only one small lamp in the bedroom. A broken window was covered by a picture. The bedroom blind was too thin, let in all the light. Nowhere to store luggage on check out. I asked for a later check out but got no reply.

The apartment location, pool, staff, and parking is GREAT. The unit was accessible and for my family's needs it was perfect.

The apartment on floor 7 REALLY needs a new paint job! The walls were beyond scuffed and truthfully, I was upset as I am used to getting pristine units when I book. Also the unit could do with a baking sheet for the kitchen, large bowl as there were none. The master bathroom also had a hole in the shower wall, not major but damage was noticed once I went to shower.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with small inclusions that were appreciated like pods for the washing machine and spices in the kitchen. David the manager was very responsive.

The blinds in our apartment bedroom were sheer to give privacy but do not block out the light in the morning. Oven trays in the kitchen as standard would be appreciated, but David did offer to go out of his way to get one when I questioned it, so not a complaint.

My sister and I loved everything at Modern Apartment. The heated pool was very nice and the pool house was very entertaining. All the different rooftop sitting areas were well lit and comfortable with the city back drop. The fire pit is glorious 😍 and you can really feel the heat. Where it's located gives a Miami feel to it.

We didn't get the room with the private balcony that was being displayed on the website and the hot tub that was mentioned wasn't there on the property. No cleaning supplies and laundry detergent for us. These are minor things that Will Not keep me from booking again.

The check in. The position in town. The parking. The appartement size and global equipment. The grocery Shop at ground level. The check out.

The roof top is very noisy friday and saturday evening when you are located in 7th floor. Blackout curtain in rooms will be a +.

We had a car and liked the private underground car park and secure lift by fob only to the apartment. It had a great whole foods 5 mins away and supermarket on the ground floor of the apartments. We found it to be a great location and an easy drive to where we wanted to go. David the property manager was very helpful and was always easily reachable if you needed anything.

Nothing really, it didn’t have a broom so we bought one so all good!

Lovely apartment, David was super helpful, useful having a supermarket in the building and a Starbucks next door. Apartment has most everything you'd need

Tiny complaint: kitchen knives totally blunt. More serious complaint: took WEEKS and many reminders to get deposit refunded when they state it's refunded automatically on check out. This was the only hiccup, everything else was super efficient and professionally done
