Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Comfortable bed

I had two heavy bags and a dog. No one offered any help or a cart. I ordered room service and was charged an extra $5 for it to be brought to my room. The prices were already crazy, then to charge ANOTHER $5 when, obviously, the expectation is that room service will be brought to my room and then the guy bringing it expects a tip. It cost $40 when it was all said and done...for a Cobb Salad and a Ginger Ale for ONE PERSON! Ridiculous.

Excellent location for the purpose of my travel. It’s a good place, nice, very comfortable, clean, neat…It’s have very confortable room and very good mattress. Bathroom was nice and clean. Safe and good maintenance building with fresh water at the reception. The Shuttle service for the airport was excellent and the hotel had luggage storage with very friendly VIP people. For short travels if you don’t want to rent a car it was a great location because it is close to the bus station.

It’s a little far from coffee places and restaurants by walking distance but the hotel have breakfast/food options. I arrived very early and couldn’t check-in at my arrival but nothing to worry because they have luggage storage and the hotel has clean bathrooms at the entrance. Bathroom shower gel was empty but nothing that I couldn’t resolve easily.

Rooms were nice, everything was clean, very close to the airport and has an airport shuttle. The food in the restaurant was good for a quick bite. The staff were very friendly and helpful - I misplaced my sunglasses and they found them and brought them to me later that evening.

We stayed here to go to a game in SoFi stadium. It was impossible to get an Uber at that time, so if you are staying here for a concert or event at SoFi, try and arrange transportation in advance. There is a taxi rank outside which is what we ended up using.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very very helpful with everything. We loved that they had their own restaurant and bar as well as car rental on the property that had great rates. The check in and out was quick. Car rental and return was quick and both had great prices with no hidden fees. We also loved the convenience of the shuttle ride to the hotel and also directly to your terminal at the airport. The location of the hotel also offered several stores and places to eat within walking distance. I will not stay anywhere else when in Los angeles but here!!!!

Good location as it's close to LAX. Shuttle provided but need to wait around 20 mins. Very clean room. View is fine

The parking fee is expensive. And the parking lots are full. We can only find some on the top floor.

Eddie on the desk very helpful and polite. The room was nice and clean although view of some roof bit of a let down but the room itself made up for it. Shuttle guys so nice and sweet. 24/7 too is great.

Although I was given a free breakfast due to hotel not answering my messages in the last week it was cold, bacon, eggs etc. Hardworking staff though. Also the hotel not responding to my numerous messsges is frustrating.

Airport vicinity, good and clean bar. You don't even need to go away from the hotel because everything is there. The gym was also a nice feature. The beds are comfortable and the toilets are clean.

Dental kits/slippers could be made available under request. Also, if guests are expected to refill small glasses of water for water, it would be good to remind prior to check-in that BYOB is ideal or atleast provide pitchers in the room so we can get our own water.

the rooms were good for the 1 night stay we had an enough space as well as good bathroom. The hotel lobby has a really nice and welcoming bar and restaurant. we even enjoyed some live music whilst hanging out there and the waiter was providing very good service and was friendly. In fact all staff at the hotel I experienced as very friendly, patient and helpful.

Nothing major but if I would have stayed longer the airco in the room was quite noisy that would be good to reduce the noise level every time it switches on.

Everything about this hotel was very good. Location near the airport, front desk service, modern spacious room, lobby decor was tasteful, great restaurant menu and very attentive staff.

Parking fee. The nightly rate was $71.50 ! This is outrageous and will definitely influence my future choices for hotels in that area. It is unfortunate because the facility is very good except for that.

It is close to the airport with a frequent free shuttle bus service. Very cool design and vibe to the hotel lobby and rooms. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The only drawback was the breakfast buffet was more expensive than expected and nothing that special really. Two years ago we stayed here and the breakfast we ordered from the restaurant was better and about 30% cheaper.
