Excellent location for the purpose of my travel. It’s a good place, nice, very comfortable, clean, neat…It’s have very confortable room and very good mattress. Bathroom was nice and clean. Safe and good maintenance building with fresh water at the reception. The Shuttle service for the airport was excellent and the hotel had luggage storage with very friendly VIP people. For short travels if you don’t want to rent a car it was a great location because it is close to the bus station.

It’s a little far from coffee places and restaurants by walking distance but the hotel have breakfast/food options. I arrived very early and couldn’t check-in at my arrival but nothing to worry because they have luggage storage and the hotel has clean bathrooms at the entrance. Bathroom shower gel was empty but nothing that I couldn’t resolve easily.

Good location as it's close to LAX. Shuttle provided but need to wait around 20 mins. Very clean room. View is fine

The parking fee is expensive. And the parking lots are full. We can only find some on the top floor.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very very helpful with everything. We loved that they had their own restaurant and bar as well as car rental on the property that had great rates. The check in and out was quick. Car rental and return was quick and both had great prices with no hidden fees. We also loved the convenience of the shuttle ride to the hotel and also directly to your terminal at the airport. The location of the hotel also offered several stores and places to eat within walking distance. I will not stay anywhere else when in Los angeles but here!!!!

There was nothing we did not like about this property

Rooms were nice, everything was clean, very close to the airport and has an airport shuttle. The food in the restaurant was good for a quick bite. The staff were very friendly and helpful - I misplaced my sunglasses and they found them and brought them to me later that evening.

We stayed here to go to a game in SoFi stadium. It was impossible to get an Uber at that time, so if you are staying here for a concert or event at SoFi, try and arrange transportation in advance. There is a taxi rank outside which is what we ended up using.

Airport vicinity, good and clean bar. You don't even need to go away from the hotel because everything is there. The gym was also a nice feature. The beds are comfortable and the toilets are clean.

Dental kits/slippers could be made available under request. Also, if guests are expected to refill small glasses of water for water, it would be good to remind prior to check-in that BYOB is ideal or atleast provide pitchers in the room so we can get our own water.

the rooms were good for the 1 night stay we had an enough space as well as good bathroom. The hotel lobby has a really nice and welcoming bar and restaurant. we even enjoyed some live music whilst hanging out there and the waiter was providing very good service and was friendly. In fact all staff at the hotel I experienced as very friendly, patient and helpful.

Nothing major but if I would have stayed longer the airco in the room was quite noisy that would be good to reduce the noise level every time it switches on.

Wow. We had a rental car mixup, we were sent to the wrong place to pick up our nu car rental car, but it turns out we were so lucky because when we got there the rental car counter was closed and we were in despair however the hotel manager Richard made us an incredible stay by offering us an upgrade and treating us to food and drinks, his hospitality was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. We can't stop thinking about it. Richard needs to be majorly acknowledged for creating an incredible experience for someone who wasn't even intending to be a guest but now is looking forward to returning someday. Thank you Richard you are a gem!

This is not about the hotel but about the rental car agency subcontracting out of the hotel. They should make it clear where to find them.

We were booked into the hotel by American Airlines (at their cost) after missing our connecting flight to Sydney. Good shuttle service from and back to LAX. The hotel is quite old but well maintained and clean. We paid an additional fee of US$80 to extend the room until 6:00pm as our flight departed in the evening. We opted for a continental breakfast which was adequate.

No complaints. This is a good airport hotel very close to LAX. BTW, I’M FROM AUSTRALIA, NOT HONGKONG.

The inside lobby was clean and new with friendly staff. We didn't get a chance to try the bar and restaurant but it looked nice! Our room was very comfortable, big, and clean. Loved that the TV allowed you to login to Netflix. We used the hotel shuttle in the morning to go to the airport and it was so easy and the driver and helper were so nice! Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! There is nothing that I could really say bad about this hotel!

Good location for the what we needed to do in Los Angeles. I would like recognize the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff on duty during my stay from March 20-23 2025. I didn’t get names but anytime I had a question or issue it was taken care of in an efficient manner.

A refresh of the property in the very near future would be wise
