The inside is very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Most everything works great except the iron which was hard to use since the cord was retractable and wouldn’t stay out without a lot of effort. But it really did iron good! Good parking. Nice amenities, which we didn’t end up using, but we could have if we had stayed more than one night. The staff couldn’t have been nicer…everyone we encountered was very helpful and treated us with respect. The ladies at the coffee stand were beyond nice and helpful. Really everyone was.

The location was super close to restaurants and businesses , which I don’t prefer, but I’m sure plenty of others found it to be helpful. I have no complaints. I did have a suggestion: keep the breakfast open later and also offer complimentary coffee and tea in the foyer.

Always enjoy our stay here, the staff are helpful and the lobby area is welcoming. The gym is adequate and the rooms are generally clean. The hotel is in a very convenient area.

The cleaning schedule is annoying, housekeeping only comes every second day which is not ideal. The staff were quite difficult to get hold of when we had some trouble with our booking. Ideally book directly through the hotel

Great location and awesomely friendly helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast and coffee were good.

The only problem was a constant, faint noise, like someone running on a treadmill 24/7 (thunk thunk thunk). I had to sleep with the TV on. I'm sure if I asked they would have let me change rooms.

Everyone slept so well. We wondered what mattresses you have, because we slept better than at home.

The sink area was too small. It was difficult trying to get ready at the same time. We had to staggar our times to accomodate the small space.

It was nice and we liked the little sofa

The pillows were a little too flat for me and the water pressure in the shower was not good. We have a well and our water pressure at home is low so that’s one thing I really look forward to when I’m in a hotel. Good water pressure. I did not get that this time.

Scott, at the front desk, was quick, polite and efficient. Best things: The parking is right in front of the hotel and right off Hwy 101 The shower, the towels are good quality. Trail Dust, best brisket breakfast tacos (7am- to?) are close by. Plus, there are many off tasty restaurants nearby.

The beds were a little soft for my back. The room is a little dingy, but overall is good shape. The towels are good.

Comfortable room with good amenities and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants.

I wish they came and service our room more often. I think they only did it once for our entire stay.

The location is great and close to restaurants and stores Manager was great and allowed us an early check in

It would be nice not to have to pay for parking. A free breakfast would have been nice

Everything was great, we even showed up early and they said no worries and got our room ready within an hour.

The swimming pool was actually at the hotel next door, we were told we could use it but it wasn't really convenient.

Everything was clean and organized, definitely not ghetto like other hotels. I loved the bar as well ! I had a good time. They also have Netflix on the tvs :).

Nothing to not like !
