Everything was so easy and convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly. The suite was very roomy even with a pack n play our toddler was able to play around easily in the rooms. Jacuzzi bathtub was comfortable. The pool was heated and clean. Breakfast had a big variety and even changed it up a bit the second morning. Housekeeping helped our room out without even needing to ask. They stocked us up with more towels and new bedding which was super nice after a long day out.

There was absolutely nothing negative about this hotel.

The hotel was exceptional and totally met our expectations and then some. I appreciated that breakfast started at 6:00 am as we had to be out of the room by 7:00/7:30 for an event we were participating in. Lots of choices for breakfast which is always appreciated. We booked the smallest room but it was huge! I also love that the hotel is sustainable. The soap, shampoo, and body wash were in refillable containers instead of wasting so much plastic using tiny bottles. I am not sure why every hotel doesn't do this. Super quiet, great location, and has so many amenities.

Nothing, we loved everything about this hotel from the minute we walked in, to the time that we checked out.

Very comfortable beds/pillows. Great location - close to many restaurants and stores - some within walking distance, others a quick drive. Rooms were quiet. Large lobby to have a gathering or eat your food instead of inside your room. Indoor pool.

Indoor pool needed someone to service it - very wet floor, no towels. It was very busy for a bit. Coffee ran out early at breakfast and wasn’t refilled while I was there. Should open the lounge/bar on weekends. Even if it’s just to sell bottles of wine/beer/spirits.

The staff was really great and accommodating. The breakfast was great also; they had hot and cold meals.

their ev charging station was out of order, they no longer have a hot tub or sauna, and on the last night, we were woken by a fire alarm.

I liked the dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The bed was also super comfortable and the pillows were HUGE!

We were staying here for a night on the way to San Francisco airport. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed in it, good car parking outside, etc.

Breakfast had lots of good options. Staff was friendly. Lots of food options walking distance.

The pool wasn’t really heated it was cool.

Staff was nice. Room was quiet.

No one at the front desk when we arrived. Card keys didn't work for the first room; so, we had to go back to get changed to another room. Breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m., but no one told us and there were no signs to inform us.

Beds are very comfortable.

Hot tub was out of order and we were looking forward to relaxing in it. Breakfast items ran out and the wait was long to refill them.
