The inside appeared very clean. They had complimentary waters, and their complimentary breakfast was nice. They also kept a large thing of cucumber water which was refreshing. It was also quiet, the tv was a very nice size, and the rooms were cozy.

Pool is advertised as heated but was freezing. Bed could be a little more softer, and water pressure wasn’t good the first night but got better. The shower had 2 little hairs in it, which told me they could have done a little better job at wiping it down, however the shower it self looked like it was cleaned regularly. The hotel room itself seemed very clean.

The fireplace in the room was very nice. The bed is very comfortable plenty of hot water. Good water pressure room was very clean.

I must’ve stayed during a athletics game. There were quite a few people up and down the hallway at night and the breakfast was very crowded. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice.

Convenient right off the freeway but quiet and soundproof. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and as always clean and well appointed.

Only one thing but it would not be a problem for most people. As seniors the bed was extremely high to get into, but once you crawled in it was very comfortable.

I liked the room. Plenty of hot water for shower and nice bathrooms. Comfortable room in every regard. I liked the bed and the pillows. The breakfast was good and the food was hot. Great fruit selection.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I would certainly stay here again if I am ever in the area.

The front young lady named "Dream", was so amazing. You don't find customer service better than this young lady, if I was hiring a person to represent a Company I would choose this young lady. The staff to include the cleaning staff and the kitchen staff all make the place a wonderful place to stay.

The elevator took a little too long to go from top to bottom and vice versa. I would of preferred a tub instead of a stand in shower.

Property was close to downtown restaurants. Staff was helpful & friendly.

When I called to verify reservation I was transferred over to members service & basically they were trying to sell me trips. I told her more than once it just wasn’t in the budget & that I wasn’t interested. This was definitely something I wasn’t expecting it & the fact that it took way to long for her to go over future trips I wasn’t interested in made the experience a little unpleasant. I didn’t want to be rude , she was friendly but if I’m not interested then I’m not interested no need to proceed. At the hotel The beds were a little hard & No on-site restaurant.

Very good breakfast! Loved especially the waffles! The eggs were a bit too salty to my taste (I don’t use much salt) especially if there was cheese in the middle! Prefered the egg without cheese!

Loved that the property was locked. I definitely felt more secure. Bathroom was huge. With 2 girls we all had room. Beds extremely comfortable.

Unfortunately you hear all your neighbors.

Excellent reception staff, comfortable bed, superb shower and generous breakfast.

Cleaners who were shouting to each other whilst cleaning the rooms at around 8am. Very disturbing.
