I liked that I was able to book a "Superior" King Bed Room. The room was larger than other hotel chain king suite rooms. It was well equiped with a nice size larger mini fridge and microwave. To us, it was well worth the extra money for the room.

I would have rated this hotel even higher but the night clerk was abhorant! She made demands that were illegal, handicapped parking issues, rude and unprofessional. On a good note, the owner and manager responded very nicely to my detailed email about what had happened. I would stay at this hotel again should my business take me to the area.

[51yr old female traveling alone. Room was Queen, not King, non-smoking] There's nothing fancy about this hotel, but it met my needs: Safe neighborhood, centrally located, clean, comfortable, had two sink soaps, and shampoo/body wash in the shower (which was unexpected), ice machine, and coffee/juice dispenser up front in the morning. There were also washers/dryers for longer term stays, and I saw a bag in the closet area for one to send laundry out. Unsure who does that, but it was an option. (No "vending machine" with detergent, so bring your own.) "Breakfast" is individually wrapped muffins/danish, orange juice, and hot coffee that are all self serve at the front desk. The complaints about the breakfast being sparse in other reviews made me laugh; what does one expect for $68/night?? All the bedding is bright white and smelled faintly of bleach, which is always a good sign (we RNs love clean). Floors are laminate, not carpet, so pack slippers. The bathroom was small, but clean and I had ample towels and great water pressure. Full sized ironing board, iron, and blow dryer were in the unit. I stayed here over Christmas as the family house was already overflowing, and it was perfect for that need. Nice front office staff :) (The pool and hot tub both looked clean. BTW, all of the pictures of this place are accurate). I'm not sure how full the hotel was when I was there, but I didn't notice a whole bunch of traffic or noise. I was in room 104 downstairs and could park right outside my door. If I had neighbors, I never heard them. The blinds are true black out blinds, so I overslept the first day because they worked so well! I would stay here again and feel comfortable putting up out of town guests. This place is ~ 0.5mi from the freeway (Hwy 101), and ~ 1.5mi-2mi away from the outlets/Giroy Gardens. Sorry for the long review, but the reviews that say, "Great. Clean. Thanks" are simply not helpful.

Friendly & helpful staff. The Breakfast Claw pastries & the coffee for "breakfast". The proximity to the family's home.

The guy next door slammed his door early in the morning & late at night. Changing rooms after 1 night because of no phone and an inoperative piston in the not-a-comfortable "desk" chair.

The location was close to the Renaissance Faire st Cass De Fruta and 2 blocks from the highway

Overall it was a nice stay. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Dryer, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator all in good working condition. However, the double wall sconce between the beds was missing a bulb and the shade on one side, the clock appeared to be broken but was just unplugged, and the lamp on the desk was plugged in but did not work at all. Minor inconveniences but you notice them. We did not file a complaint with on-site staff. Room was upgraded, nice decor

I liked the pool area.. although the pool needed some cleaning. Debris was floating. It was windy. So no big deal. Staff was friendly.

It said breakfast on the ad…. Pretty sad breakfast. So we ate at Black bear diner. Again no big deal. For what we paid for the night. It was enjoyable

Breakfast is hardly bread and some coffee...not worth it.... The room as such is good...but the hair dryer does not work...so better get ur own personal things....

Breakfast should be proper not just bread and coffee...did not even see some jam or any other stuff...

Tidy clean well equipped room with fridge and microwave , flat screen tv with great reception Really warm welcome in arrival , so good that we decided to stay an extra night Great location with a lovely diner just over the road

The hotel is close to a busy intersection which does get noisy but that was t really an issue

The bed, bathroom, shower, fridge, TV, and lighting was great, The WiFi was excellent. Checking in was straightforward. Plenty of restaurants to choose from even though I did not eat out.

No complaints. I didn't use the AC so I have no opinion.

I enjoyed the larger suite provided. Good location. Check in staff person was friendly and expedited my room check in. Very clean.

The bathroom faucet and shower fixtures were outdated, but very functional, and the shower felt great!

The staff were available and helpful 150%. The bed and pillows very comfortable, large room and looks recently remodeled. We had a room on 1st floor. Close to office and we'll lite. Parked car in front of room. our room #104 was close to office. Shower in room with tub. No pets allowed.

People sitting in shrubs outside of hotel room until late. We were fearful of leaving our room. We did not go to breakfast because we were not comfortable walking outside.
