I do really appreciate that staff allowed me to connect to wifi and deliver my work on time even after check-out time, for me this is a very important requirement. Rooms are really comfortable and llow for a long term stay, swimming pool, laundry and all other hotel facilities are just perfect. Manager is really accesible and friendly with humble and very possitive attitude, willing to help, and most important, he took care of my family. No doumbt this hotel is a reliable option working in San Jose area.

Didn't have enough time to find room for improvement.

I liked that other people were allowed their dogs here. I did not hear one dog here at all. I seen many dogs being walked and they were all happy dogs. Nice view.

I didn’t like that they don’t inform you that cleaning only happens every 2 weeks. When you need things you have to go down for them. We had 5 live roaches in our room.

Parking was great. Lots of spaces! Clean, swimming pool was awesome. The room was spacious, 2 TV’s, full fridge, microwave. The front desk staff was very kind and informative

Didn’t have a hot tub and exercise room was plain. Didn’t have a toaster in the room like advertised , my kid brought his pop tarts.

Good size for the price. Suite was at the end of the hall, so it was more private. Elevator is a plus. Front desk people were professional. Good security, as you have to go in the front to access rooms from inside. 24-hour front desk. Lots of freeway access.

Limited parking near entrance. A lot of the parking is quite a ways from where you have to go to get in. Limited room service 2x per week, so you have to ask for fresh supplies. Location is kind of surrounded by freeways. You have to take freeways to get just about anywhere else from the hotel.

Room was nice, bed was comfy, staff is friendly and accommodating. Pool was nice to have on hot days. Price was awesome. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I didn't have any issues with any of the staff in the week and a half I was there.

My only complaint is that the hallways need to be vacuumed more often.

It was great! I'm in town to pull up my straps to begin the next faze of my life and take an unfamiliar road at this unfamiliar crossroad. The staff really made me feel at home and rallied me through this depression that I was able to identify. Devine intervention they were a part of and didn't know it until now. Thank You, Lord, for paving the way through extended stay and there very friendly staff.

TV was a little small

the breakfast bread is too sweet ,not good if you have diabetis .

the staff one time knock to the and the aproach is little bit rude ,asking if we extend need to clarify first to the front desk because were still sleeping when she came and knocking the door .

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. A great value for a hotel well located next to the freeway.

Stronger coffee.

Breakfast???? Coffee and packaged muffins? I was disappointed. Breakfast should not even be mentioned.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Really liked how close to gas, food, and other needs/wants the hotel was.

There wasn’t a lot or any food to grab and go with in the mornings. We wish there could have been a little bit more.
