what I like about this hotel is how close its to restaurants, shops and other places in walking distance or take a bus. The staff was really friendly.

what I didn’t like is that the place was under construction while staying there and was given a room that was supposedly done but it didn’t look done all that was listed when I booked the room was not in the room; no coffee marker had to go out and purchase one so we could have coffee in the morning, no desk or mirror, no closet to hang things on, no tub, there were big hole in the wall in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder expect this standing one that wasn’t very sturdy. No irony board, no ice bucket to get ice I had to buy one, no towel rack, no soap holder on the shower. I mean don’t get me wrong the remodel looks nice but unfinished.

centrally located so I could easily get to all attractions I wanted to. everything was clean and in good working order. the bed was particularly comfortable! will definitely return next time I visit San Jose.

i was in a room where there was just enough of a gap between the moulding & the outside door to allow a lot of cold air & noise inside at night.

It's small and comfy room. Clean and windows do not let pass high voices of street. In general, it's ok for this price. My Microwave oven was not working, but I call reception and asked to change it. Next early morning the worker come with new one and replaced not working one.

TV is analog and signal is not so good.

The room appeared to be of the type one finds at a higher-end hotel. Much pricier than what Hotel Elan was asking.

Needed a chair by the table next to the dresser. The table was fine but lacked a chair. I often write while I stay in hotels

I like how close everything was to the hotel everything within walking distance.

They were working on the roof of the building we were in several times it sounds like they were going to come through the ceiling.

Went to near by Dennys for bfast,and a very good restaurant called "Tequilas" next door for lunch and dinner.

Some clumsy oof broke a water pipe and had no water all night til later the next morning.

That they had a little coffee pot in the room and that they had a microwave and a refrigerator that worked

The coffee pot didn't work and there was no copy at the office but it wasn't too far to walk to Denny's to get some

Love it here.....Staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. I've never had any issues with any of the staff here ever. I've always had a great stay! Thank you.

Everything is always perfect!!

The inside of the hotel was just like a motel 6, nothing fancy. could use some updates on the inside.

Well normally everything is fine but when I got in the room there was spots and like the dirty mirror in the bathroom and no toilet paper or Kleenex to only a little bit on the roll in the bathroom nothing that it was okay but all the other times before super good except for this gross piece of garbage one time on the floor but that's no big deal it was back behind the garbage can it was just whoever clean the room didn't you do that good but overall very good thank you
