Breakfast was convenient and more consistent with continental breakfast mostly prepared items ie cereals, muffins, Yogurt, juices. egg sandwiches prewrapped but not hot freshly cooked eggs, sausages, country style potatoes, omelets and the like;

The hotel is in a more distressed location of the downtown area so you do see homeless unfortunately on the street some in front of the hotel and very close to the entrance although I never felt endangered or threatened by anyone. You have to feel sorry for them but it does you you pause walking to restaurants that night I was there.

What I love from the hotel experience was that the room was really comfortable and it felt like a home that you can go to, it provided so much relaxation and I'm honestly wanting to go back.

The only thing I didn't like was the TV having some issues when it kept saying "No signal" that was it but still worked most of the time!

The location was a little sketchy as it was Downtown San Jose. The room was nice but could maybe use a few upgrades such as new shower curtains and blinds but overall it wasn’t bad at all. The customer service was beyond expectations. The woman at the front desk was super sweet and friendly. She ensured that my husband and I were informed about everything and informed us of every detail.

I love how the hotel is located in downtown very convenient and its safe on only hotel key to enter and use elevator. Staff is extremely nice! I felt welcomed and my room was clean. I also like how they have snacks and variety of drinks in fridge to buy which is helpful to not have to go to the store. I loved the view I had as well looking out the window.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, room was exceptionally clean, plenty of goodies for a very acceptable price as well, security for building was great as well! We ordered food and the staff was very helpful with that as well! Appreciate the hospitality. 10/10

only thing i could complain is the entrance to the parking lot was semi steep + uneven, and since we have a lowered car it scraped going in, but on the way out it was not an issue(after I realized how much clearance I had..I could do my best to avoid scraping the underside) but just that the entrance to the parking lot.

Manager was very friendly and helpful. Location was very close to my office. Buffet breakfast had high variety and very good value. Gym was clean and had new equipment.

Tina at the front desk was awesome. Very welcoming and friendly. Bed was super comfortable. Spacious room and huge bathroom. Wifi worked without any issues. Well located close to bars at San Jose social. Lots of food options.

Noise, can hear everything especially in busy nights. Aircon didn’t really work.

Whatever room spray they used was ultra strong, had to air out the room for the whole day. Old fixtures and carpet, could use some updates

oh my goodness, so clean! The whole facility was safe, clean. The hotel had a just cleaned odor. No chemical, but a nice scent. I just felt safe and comfortable knowing that the hotel was clean and taken care of. We needed a key to get in the hotel, elevator and room. That’s what I mean b safe.

Bed was comfy, safety prioritized with scan cards into the building and locked doors. I felt safe in the hotel. Good water pressure. Lots of towels. Complimentary wifi worked great and passcode was easy to use.

Heater was a little loud and I was confused about the lack of blankets until I found them hidden in the drawer an hour before checkout. Walls are also thin. Woke up to children yelling as their parents walked them to the elevator to check out.
